Thanks to the chefs for cooking everything delicious for us, the staff is cheerful and pleasant, the atmosphere is very good, the aura is pleasant, we will often come to visit to eat pizza))))

The female administrator showed a surprising lack of flexibility and customer orientation. We asked for tea and coffee to be taken away, and sat down waiting for the order. We were told that they don't make takeaway tea. We asked for a pot of tea and paper cups that were available to take the tea with us. This displeased the administrator. Then they pointed out to us that we could not wait for an order while sitting at a table, which was nonsense. With an empty cafe! As a result, the tension is out of the blue, instead of the joy of visiting this place. I felt like I was in a Soviet canteen, and not in a modern cafe with express service, which can be expected from the name and type of cafe.
