Guests were accommodated there, both in the hostel and in hotel rooms. Everything is clean, new, and bright. The rooms are decorated in a minimalist style. The area is quiet and the hotel is quiet. Our guests had a great night's sleep. There is a choice of breakfast in the morning, they are not included in the room rate, they are paid separately. From the recommendations: receptionists need to better understand the room stock. Since double rooms are of different prices (prices and room categories are not very clear, it is advisable to voice and show everything on the website), different arrangements - two separate beds or one large one, then you need to clearly know the differences in order to explain to those who check in. We settled a large number, it took a long time and more than once to find out how many and which rooms are needed in total. And it still turned out to be a mess when checking in. If you need to accommodate many guests in one place, then the Safia Hotel and Hostel are just right! As long as there are rooms available. I recommend it!

Excellent hotel👍 the rooms are clean and spacious. There is a conder, refrigerator, hair dryer. Breakfast of your choice, from 6:30. The interior is decorated in bright colors, very cozy. The staff is friendly. Parking in the courtyard. The only thing missing is the shower curtain, the floor is flooded.

A nice clean bright hotel, affordable, everything you need is available. Breakfast is not included in the price, I recommend not to take it, but to walk to the nearest dining room. Within walking distance of the PSC and Kaspi Bank (relevant for Russians))

We were passing through in winter, we needed to spend the night. There was nothing in the room, not even paper in the toilet. There's nowhere to put it there. In the morning they asked for sweet coffee, when they tried it, it turned out to be sugar-free, my husband went to the reception for sugar, but they didn't even give a saucer for sugar, they put it on a napkin like I'm sorry for the homeless. The receptionist wasn't very polite either. The attitude is boorish.

A magnificent hotel, new, clean... there is everything you need to stay; there is no refrigerator in the room, but you can use the service one. You can book a room in advance only by prepayment ... since we are not local... and were on the road..there was no way to pay... but the girl went to a meeting... offered to call every half hour to confirm her arrival... thank you very much for that.
