Guests were accommodated there, both in the hostel and in hotel rooms. Everything is clean, new, and bright. The rooms are decorated in a minimalist style. The area is quiet and the hotel is quiet. Our guests had a great night's sleep. There is a choice of breakfast in the morning, they are not included in the room rate, they are paid separately.
From the recommendations: receptionists need to better understand the room stock. Since double rooms are of different prices (prices and room categories are not very clear, it is advisable to voice and show everything on the website), different arrangements - two separate beds or one large one, then you need to clearly know the differences in order to explain to those who check in.
We settled a large number, it took a long time and more than once to find out how many and which rooms are needed in total. And it still turned out to be a mess when checking in.
If you need to accommodate many guests in one place, then the Safia Hotel and Hostel are just right! As long as there are rooms available.
I recommend it!
Overall, a comfortable hotel for your money.
Positive:
- Polite receptionist
- Beautiful photo, extremely positive emotions at the entrance
- There is an air conditioner
- Comfortable mattress
- Pleasant, minimalistic interior, especially in the bathroom
- Clear
- Low price
Minuses:
- No late check-out
- The blanket is not tucked in, you'll have to do it yourself. 😁
- There is practically no sound insulation in the room
- It would be nice to upgrade the repair, it doesn't really catch the eye, but it's noticeable
