From August 5 to August 15, 2024, we had a meeting of classmates at the Sophie Hotel. A beautiful, quiet, cozy place away from the roads and at the same time the sea is a 3-minute walk away. The sea is clean, the water is warm, just magical. The hotel itself is surrounded by greenery, the territory is large, there are many fruit trees, green grass underfoot instead of rustling pebbles. In the yard there is a barbecue, gazebo, benches, Parking for cars. The rooms are clean, there is everything you need to stay: a comfortable bed, bedside tables, a folding chair (or bed), a wardrobe, a refrigerator, a TV and air conditioning. Wet cleaning every other day. The maid Dilya lives on the territory of the hotel, a kind-hearted person, you can contact her with any question, she will always help. There is a shared kitchen, two electric stoves, a microwave, various kitchen utensils and dishes. The shared washing machine is free, you just need to buy your own washing powder. If there were any problems in the rooms, the hotel owner reacted quickly, came and solved all the issues. The owner of the hotel also arranged for us to take a luxury minibus with air conditioning and a pleasant, polite driver for excursions. And when we left, we organized a taxi for everyone. I want to thank Astamur and Sabina (the owners of the hotel) for a great stay!!! Everyone liked everything very much!!! If in Ldzaa, then only to you!!!

We had a rest in Sofia in June-July 2024, everything was fine with us, if we return to Ldzaa - here again. Very convenient location of the hotel, 2-3 minutes to the sea, the beach is the best thing in Ldzaa. Room: double bed, single bed, extra bed is provided. Air conditioning, refrigerator, TV in the room. This year, a well was connected, and if the water is turned off in the village, which happens regularly, there is always water in the hotel.
There are 2 electric stoves in the kitchen, one is new and more powerful, and the old one. There is a microwave. There are enough dishes.
Room cleaning is free daily, laundry is free! The maid Dilya is very pleasant and helpful.
In general, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Nice clean room. Perfectly clean, white bed linen. Everything you need in the room is there-refrigerator, air conditioner, WiFi, always hot water. There is a shared kitchen. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the sea. There is a lot of greenery on the territory, persimmons and tangerines grow. The owners of the guest house are always in touch and go to a meeting in all matters that arise.
The only thing that can be improved is to update the mattresses so that they are without springs, not everyone is comfortable.
And so a great place for the price / quality.

We had a rest in June for 20 days in this cozy and beautiful hotel. On the day of departure, we booked a room, made an advance payment, Sabina was always in touch, worried. We liked everything, the rooms are equipped with everything necessary, beds, refrigerator, air conditioning, TV (we did not need☺️), mattresses and pillows are comfortable (there is something to compare), linen was changed every 2-3 days, towels as well. Everything is white and clean. Wet cleaning of the entire room every day, although it would be enough for us every other day. The laundry could be washed in a typewriter, with its own means. The location is convenient, the sea is nearby. Dilya is a maid, a smart girl, everything is clean and tidy, a very kind woman. The shared kitchen is clean, there is everything that housewives need, but we rested and went to eat in the dining room. In general, if something was needed, it was immediately solved through Sabine. Of course, those who go to grumble and look for flaws, then such people are on their way to the sanatorium.
Even the people who rested here are all nice and friendly.

We have been staying at this hotel for several years. I like everything. A quiet place, without fuss and transport. There is parking in the courtyard. Barbecue area and gazebo. Linen change in 3-4 days, wet cleaning every day. The room has everything you need to relax. I recommend. I booked the room in February. Now we are relaxing and enjoying the beautiful sea and the smell of pine trees.

We have been vacationing at the Sophie Hotel since June 4, 2024. We are 2 families from Nizhny Novgorod. We were immediately checked in and escorted out. On the eve of the hostess contacted me and asked where we were going , how and what! It was nice to see her worry! The room has everything: air conditioning, TV, beds with very comfortable mattresses, toilet, shower, what else do you need? The cleaning was done every day, the linen was changed every other day! The maid is a polite, unobtrusive, very responsive and responsible woman! If you don 't ask , he will explain and tell you everything! Cozy rooms! Summer kitchen with everything you need, microwave, dishes, tables, benches, sit and enjoy! The territory is clean and cozy! There is a gazebo on the territory, sit relax, chat!The hosts are very reverent and attentive! Nearby pharmacies, Cafes, excursions... The sea is a 2-minute walk away, the beach is pebbly, the water is clean! I highly recommend this heavenly place to everyone! Nothing marred our vacation! Thank you very much to Sabina and her husband for their care and hospitality 🙏

In no case spoil your vacation!!!
My family and I booked a 4-bed room at the Sophie Hotel in March for the end of July.
Not believing the reviews about the hostess and thinking that this would not happen to us. But unfortunately, just like with many, we were treated terribly!
When we arrived and came for a snowfall, we were told that we should spend the night at another hotel for 1 night, then we would be put in another room and only on the 3rd day she would be able to check us into our room, which we had booked for 4 months!!!! I.e. three days we and the children should not enjoy by the sea, running around with bags in different hotels and rooms. It's good that we were lucky and found a free room in another hotel and stayed there. As we later found out, more people were settled in our hotel, who were "thrown" by Sabina, the hostess of "Sophie", she told them 3 days before the vacation that there were no rooms! Terrible attitude!!!! A person who communicates through a maid is very unpleasant.

We decided to go to Abkhazia again, as usual, to Pitsunda, found a place in two months, phoned the hostess Sabina, made an advance payment. In September, on the way to the airport, she writes that she cannot provide housing. That was a bummer. When I booked accommodation with her and read reviews, people complained that this was how she threw at the expense of housing , but while waiting for a vacation, we did not think that everything would happen to us as well. But alas. I do not recommend booking accommodation with Sabina, as every year she has a scam.

A great mini-hotel, a place for a family vacation, a vacation with a company or a couple. You can start your acquaintance with magical Abkhazia from this place.
We were at the end of August 2020, we liked everything. They occupied the bungalow East. There is a beautiful young garden, pebbles and fruit trees on the territory. A playground, a dining room with natural food, a comfortable room with a terrace. Everything is there. Coffee in the early morning, on the terrace, mmmm..
The beach is within walking distance, the entire infrastructure is on the beach. Clean, tasty, sound. We were with children, with a trifle of 3 years old, twins. We were out of breath, bought up, had a good time. The water in the bay is warm, clear and azure in color. There is delight everywhere. Thank you)))

In February 2022, we booked a room for June at Sophie's hotel and made an advance payment.10 days before our arrival, the hostess Sabina informed us that there was an overlap and there were no seats.I returned the money only a week later.I do not recommend booking this hotel, so as not to find yourself in such a situation.

We are vacationing in Sophie's hotels.Honestly, it's terrible, the locks in the rooms don't work, the water flows in the toilet all the time, I had to shut it off.to sleep peacefully.The TV does not work at all, why it is hanging is not clear.The tiles in the kitchen barely work.on 10 numbers, you can also put a powerful tile and more than one!!!There is no microwave, they started telling the owner, I brought it!The bed is rumpled, the rooms are not cleaned, for 4000 thousand we were very sorry that we stopped here.They also asked for 5 thousand if they would give us a couch…Since there were 4 of us , we agreed on 4 thousand .I do not recommend it to anyone, there is still no water all day in the rooms on the 2nd floor.

The worst hotel in Abkhazia.
We have been vacationing in Abkhazia for the fifth year, we are familiar with all the pros and cons in this country.
I'll start with the fact that I booked the 4th and 5th rooms in May for August, went on vacation with my parents, the day before arrival I wrote to Sabine that we were going, to which they replied that there was an overlap, spend the night in one room... There are 8 of us with children. There was no limit to my indignation.. upon arrival, the hostess does not answer the phone, the tenants from the other rooms suggested where to find the maid (Inna- thank you very much!) we were settled in rooms 1 and 5 (not in the 4th and 5th). As it turned out later, she evicted people to settle us. And it began..
there is no soap in the bathroom, the bed is rumpled (the iron does not work), there is no declared table near the room and chairs. Somehow they gathered up, they fell apart under us, the cheapest old plastic, ate with the children in turn. A cot was brought to the parents for an additional place at 11 a.m., I reminded them..
Kitchen: a quiet horror with mouse excrement, forks / spoons in jars, a bunch of broken appliances are in the same place..
Territory:There is nothing but a broken bench and a few trees.. another overflowing trash can stood for 3 days-it was taken out..
The washing machine is new, used with its own powder👍 This is probably the best thing that was there.
My parents' cornice fell, hung "on snot", the husband of the hostess came, said that we were pulling, fixed it..
An interesting moment was with the payment, I booked 3500 by correspondence, counted 4000, agreed on 3500!
I have never seen the hostess, the owners do not live there, I repeat, thanks to Inna, her dad, who resorted at any request, brought us an iron from the other hotel to iron. How do they work in such conditions 🤷♀️
And finally, she watched as her dad loaded the bedclothes into the washing machine and poured Mr. Proper for washing floors instead of washing powder!!!!! There are no words, the owners can't even provide laundry detergent to the maid🤦♀️
Mattresses-everyone's sides hurt!!!
The rug in the bathroom is terribly shod.. At first glance, everything is not old, but no one is watching such a dead thing!
Think before you go...
The only plus is the proximity to the sea (2 min) and a washing machine!

We've been renting rooms in Sophie for three years. This year, the service has failed. I like the location - near the sea. But I would like to wish the owners to put things in order and receive the administrator. You can lose more than is necessary to maintain order and conditions

We had a rest in July 2019 at the Sophie Hotel. What I liked - the hotel is small, only 10 rooms. The rooms are large, comfortable, mostly triple rooms with all amenities.On the second floor there is a large loggia and country furniture, it is nice to drink coffee or wine in the evening. Beautiful territory, several catering points are close, the beach is within walking distance, an excellent park made of relict Pitsunda pine. There is a kitchen and dishes for those who cook on their own.
