Staff is pretty friendly and know the menu in and out. I wouldn’t come here for the food even though its not bad. I always come here for the dessert and coffee. I love Tiramisu and americano.
Waiting time could be long sometimes.

But, unfortunately, the San Sebastian dessert turned out to be in terrible shape and the taste was disappointing. Yes, of course I understand that the presentation may suffer during delivery, but not as much!! We often order this dessert from other establishments and we know exactly what it should be, both in taste and in serving. This time, heaven and earth.
In addition, unfortunately, your team proved to be incompetent in dealing with such situations. We wrote to yandex. direct – there was no response for a long time, so we leave a review here. We hope for feedback and a solution to the issue.

I didn't understand the hype around this place. There was a queue at the entrance, there are a lot of people in the institution itself, there is a -1 floor with a children's area, beautiful decoration inside.
We had tea, Americanos and desserts (cheesecake and tiramisu), an interesting dessert menu. That's probably all the advantages.
Americano is just colored water. I noticed that in Tashkent they don't know how to make Americano at all, it's a mystery to me why. Espresso and all espresso-based drinks (Raf, cappuccino, latte, etc.) can do this, and there are places where they make it very tasty.
The tea was also indistinct.
The desserts all taste the same. They're just sweet, that's all. Perhaps because they all come with sauce: ice cream and chocolate in liquid form. As a result, the dessert is floating in this sauce.
Not worth your money at all.
I admit that desserts are not their profile, although there is a very rich selection of them on the menu.
I don't want to go back.
There are more interesting places, tastier and for normal money.

I've heard a lot about this place. Not surprised. The usual cafe, the menu. But the cafe is very beautifully decorated. Good staff, the guy served us very attentive and pleasant. We only tried one dessert, it wasn't wow, and I didn't like the way everyone described it on the Internet. But I still gave it 5 stars, as I left in a good mood. Cozy, comfortable, pleasant.

- A very sensitive and attentive staff, who knows the menu perfectly and treats the guest with reverence.
- A varied menu, great taste and large portions!
- The atmosphere and interior are at their best: modern, romantic. The music is pleasant and not stressful, it plays softly.

The hall is clean, the bathroom is not very clean, unfortunately. There is a small playground. The furniture is pretty shabby already, especially the tables. The waiters are nice. It is very nice that the birthday people are congratulated by the team with a candle, music and applause. The drinks are quite okay, the author's tea is delicious, but hot chocolate is not chocolate, rather a weak cocoa drink. Serving cakes and their main feature is that a round cake is served in a paper cylinder, in front of the guest the waiter removes the cylinder and liquid ice cream with topping spreads on a plate. It looks cool, someone likes it. It's just that I don't like excessive humidity, because I savor dessert slowly, and during this time it turns into porridge due to the fact that it stands as if in a sweet soup. By the way, the cake itself is very heavy, I didn't finish it. It will be quite suitable for the main meal. Very satisfying. Specifically, my hazelnut didn't really come to me, there were a couple of halves of hazelnuts and a few fragments. In general, it is pleasant to sit with a pie and delicious tea for a leisurely conversation very well. I haven't tried the main kitchen, but the whole one that was carried past at other tables looked very appetizing.

The place is pleasant, but it has deteriorated a lot lately. Now the staff quite often simply does not know Russian, does not pay attention to the fact that they are called to the table. Previously, there was always high-quality service.
The dishes are still delicious, but some desserts have changed their composition slightly, which is why, in my opinion, they have become less tasty. A huge sponge cake with ice cream and sprinkles around is quite doubtful for the current time.
Salads, breakfasts, hot dishes - unquestioningly convey the professionalism of the chef and his team.
The interior is always beautiful, well-groomed, clean. And even decorate for all the big holidays.

The perfect place, delicious, beautiful, excellent service! All the staff is very helpful, the service is fast and unobtrusive, at a decent level.
When a more comfortable table was available, a girl came up to us and offered to move, although we did not ask, but apparently due to the fact that there was a noisy company next to us, the staff take care and make sure that the guests are comfortable. I don't want to leave at all, such a cozy atmosphere!
The cuisine and menu are excellent, the portions are large, the prices are acceptable. Surprisingly, they do not include a percentage for the service, but such an institution would like to leave a tip.
The dessert is divine, and yes, indeed, one standard is quite enough for two. It should be borne in mind that all desserts with a top layer of ice cream cannot be ordered without it.

The desserts are very good. the food is often warmed up. Their sandwiches are sooo delicious. they melt in your mouth. I didn't like the fact that the officials were discussing with us, while we were standing at the checkout, that people were finally getting up and having less work. Utter disappointment....
Two stars for the decor and service.
Food is a minus. Baby pasta bolognese is kind of sour, not tasty. The burger is about nothing. The coffee was burnt, my husband's was a little better, but it wasn't delicious either. But the most important thing is that we came because of the desserts. They're terrible. They are so hypersweet (goodbye pancreas) and the cakes are hard and the cream is very dense... It is very sad to pay even more than 400 thousand for all this.
