In fact, there are 4 stars, they are cleaned perfectly and every day, on request they can change the bed linen every day. There is a nice outdoor pool, but it is already in the shade at lunchtime. There is a free shuttle service to various points of attraction in the city and a grocery store very close by. The metro is within walking distance, less than 5 minutes. Every day they bring bottles of water, tea, coffee, sugar, cream. There is a refrigerator and a TV, a kettle, everything is working. The socket by the bed is universal, so our units are suitable. The climate control system is working well. Our bathroom ceiling was leaking, and it was fixed the next day. The floor is non-smoking, so I advise anyone who complains about the smokiness of the rooms to just tell them when checking in that you don't smoke.
Why 2 stars - on the second day we met cockroaches in the room. The cleaner immediately cleaned everything up, vacuumed, and no one bothered us anymore. But of course, this should not be the case in a 4-star hotel. Although again, I think it depended on the guests before us, and it's far from the fact that it was in other rooms. The overall impression of the hotel is that it is worth the money. And the staff does their best to match their 4 stars.

The hotel is damaged and needs renovation. The breakfasts are boring and monotonous. I'm putting 4 only because of the excellent location. There is a metro nearby and a lot of cafes with good cuisine and a wonderful price tag.
