Honestly, I don't know what they do there. I've never been there. But I am familiar with the building as a passerby, even though I am not black. It is difficult to find a building in a more deplorable condition than this. A decent facade of Soviet classicism is nominated for the top ten masterpieces of Kostanay architecture in the state of a masterpiece dug out of clay.
