She offered to leave it for re-cleaning. As a result, I left it for another week. The receipt shows that he took only two jackets.
The next day she called me back and asked me to pick up the jackets, as the dry cleaning shop refused to accept them for cleaning.
I arrived and asked for a refund for two unpeeled (or uncleaned) jackets.
The receptionist refused, offered to contact the shop.
The dialogue took place with the master. She claimed that all the jackets were cleaned, the money would not be returned. For my confidence, she offered to show the video from the cameras by sending it to WhatsApp. That's what we agreed on.
It's been almost a month - I haven't received any video. No feedback.
