I handed over Ugg boots for cleaning
I previously wrote on Instagram and clarified whether they could wash the stain from the sticker, they said bring it, we'll try, if it doesn't wash off, you don't need to pay anything.
Plus, there was not enough red thread along the canticle (UGG Tasman model)She asked me to restore it if possible.
When I came to pick it up, I was in a slight shock, not only did this trace not wash off, but also the color was washed beyond recognition and instead of rich red it became some kind of semi-brown, as if with a white coating (I was warned that it could become a little lighter, but not that much) the thread was not restored, plus it is visible after washing the threads were already disheveled in another place
The UGG with the sticker on it was much lighter than the one without the defect
The receptionist offered to paint both UGG boots and in the end pay only for painting without cleaning, but the one that was darker needed to be washed again to even out the color
And when the master of painting came, she said that if you paint, then the mark from the sticker, which in the end still did not wash off, will also darken and it will still be visible.
As a result, I was counted for cleaning, what was not washed off was even worse than what was BEFORE, they counted for a couple of red seams, although it was necessary to restore the appearance with red ones
When I asked what I should pay for, they replied that the master had done some work.
As a result, instead of 65 rubles for cleaning and 15 rubles for stitching a red thread (which was never stitched), I paid 47 rubles after my indignation
Plus, the spoiled ugg boots remained a bonus

The girl ordered repairs. In short, I don't recommend using the word at all. It's a pity that I didn't look at the reviews in the maps earlier, they ruined 2 pairs of shoes for me, I already wrote about 1, until today I hoped that everything was OK with the 2nd, and now it's warmer, I put on my shoes. They changed my inner insole. They changed it so that a cavity appeared between it and the sole, and when walking under the weight, they touch, making a sticky sound, as if I stepped in sugar syrup. I even thought at first that my floor was sticky, but no. I shot the video in the elevator and on the street. When picking up this pair, I asked the admin why the sole was so pressed through, but I didn't remember if it was like that. The admin assured me that everything was fine. I wish you the same good shoes you wear.

I gave away my sneakers to fix the worn-out backdrop. Then I discovered that this damn heel also dyes socks red, leaving pieces of suede in the fabric of the socks. I wrote again, and after a lot of talking, they offered to redo it and named the time and date of the courier's arrival. The next day, I received a message that the director had changed his mind and would not do anything to me due to the expiration of the warranty period. The repair cost 60p, I was offered to buy a paint retention agent on the wb for another 60p. It's just awful.
