I handed in my sneakers on Tuesday, today is Friday. It was written in the poster that I would be contacted within 24 hours. I do not know where my sneakers are now, and I do not know if they will return my sneakers either. Does the organization answer the phone? - no. Do they give clear answers via instagram? - no.
If you have expensive shoes, then I do not advise you to use a postomat, because you will NOT receive an SMS with confirmation, no one will call you back during the day, if you want to contact yourself, then no one will answer your call.
I understand that it's the season and there are a lot of orders, but you can't leave your customers in the dark! At least send an SMS!

Terrible service, the sole was glued, after 2 weeks everything came off 👎
