They ruined the jacket- they tore out the lock and planted white spots on the colored jacket. The dry cleaner did not admit guilt, they always talked rudely and translated everything into the fact that they were not to blame for anything, that it was my fault.
As a result, an expert examination was conducted, where the expert I. Khatskevich indicated that the jacket was accepted for cleaning with a torn lock, while recognizing that the cost of cleaning services needs to be reimbursed, which indicates poor-quality work of the Snowflake dry cleaner.
As a result, the management still did not admit guilt and did not change at all. They paid 80% of the jacket's wear in double the amount - these are pennies- a little more than 20 rubles.
I do not recommend it to others and will never use their services again.

Set a Snowflake carpet on Victory several times. The quality was always good, the pile rose and the carpet became cleaner. But the penultimate time there was a terrible smell from the carpet, as if it had been washed and it was lying wet somewhere. I put the carpet on the floor in the room and immediately couldn't figure out where such an unpleasant smell came from. It was still weathering for two weeks. The last time I put the carpet there and pointed out that there was an unpleasant smell from the carpet, I was told if there was a guarantee and I could bring it back. When picking up the carpet, I was not even given a warranty card, which was usually given. The windows of the dry cleaners were open, but there was still a smell of sewage. I took the carpet and without unwrapping it, it was clear that my cat's fur was on it. I put the carpet in the trunk of the car, until I get home, the whole interior of the car is filled with the smell of sewage. So I wonder if you can't do carpet cleaning, why do you take it on and still charge money for it??? I do not advise anyone to waste money. With carpet cleaning, you will get the smell of sewage and it is not a fact that the carpet will become cleaner.
