The observation deck is just great! The view from there is amazing, especially at sunset — this is the best time to visit. There is Parking, you can safely arrive by car, the road is in good condition, asphalt. The experience is unforgettable, I recommend it!
Any observation deck in Georgia offers a view of magnificent beauty, and this one is no exception. From here you can see not only the beautiful coast and mountains, but you can also see... Turkey. Come early in the morning, preferably around 8 o'clock.
The place is great, the view is gorgeous, but forget the path that Yandex is building from Gonio, it is not passable, in some places it is blocked with barbed wire in places it is difficult to detect. I passed, but a couple of times I almost put aside the corpses. It's better on asphalt.
Beautiful view! We went up to the site by taxi from Gonio, went down on foot by another road (towards Kvariati). It is exclusively pedestrian!
About 2 hours by trails and you are back down in Gonio
It was interesting to see the city of Batumi from above, after spending several days inside. The ascent by car was exciting at times, but in general it did not pose any danger.
Gorgeous view of the Black Sea coast! Batumi is visible on the right -it is better to take binoculars with you to get a better look at the skyscrapers.
There is good asphalt to the observation deck. It takes about 10-15 minutes to drive from the highway.
An amazingly beautiful place with a view of the sea, Batumi and the city. The entrance is not the best, but the views are very beautiful. If you arrive in cloudless weather, you will not regret it.
Large-scale, beautiful. Otherwise, there is nothing. There is no toilet. People litter everywhere, although there is a trash can. It is mandatory to visit. The entrance is quite normal in terms of asphalt quality.
You can lose your life in the process of climbing to the top. Typical Georgian landscaping of tourist sites and roads leading to them. Don't even think about driving there in your car. It is almost impossible to separate from oncoming traffic.
