Well, the place is certainly picturesque, but I probably wouldn't call it an "observation deck". It's beautiful, magical, and there are often a lot of people there, and annoying people who offer to take pictures with some kind of animal. Otherwise, it would not be superfluous to visit.

There are a lot of people. For a nominal fee, you can feed the peacocks and take a picture with them. You have to be careful on your car. There are local gaians and if they violated it, then get ready for a long conversation and parting with money. They won't touch you for no reason.
