A place worth going to see the city. The ascent to the site by a separate elevator, the group was 5 people. The site is small, but the views are excellent. There are binoculars (large stationary), you can see the unusual library building in the distance. We really liked the place! Although for fans of 360° viewing, this very review will not be enough. But I still advise you to visit the flat!
