It is a landmark of Verkhnedvinsk. When visiting the city, it is worth a visit. Beautiful view of the river. On the other side of the river is the Miora district. There is a boat crossing, for locals, the cost is 5 rubles.

A wonderful provincial observation deck with a wonderful view of the Dvina River. The view is good, it is not blocked by excess vegetation. It is decorated simply, but mentally. It's worth a visit.
