The observation tower is not very high. Magnificent views of Kotka open from above.

There was, but a long time ago, the view from the tower from above is really wonderful:The whole Cat is in the palm of your hand.There was a restaurant on the ground floor, its owners were a married couple, she was a Finnish woman who spoke Russian and English perfectly, her husband was an Italian who made interesting souvenirs out of wood, he had (was) a bicycle entirely made of wood.When climbing up on some floor, a black-and-white map of Soviet bombs hitting Kotka during the Winter War and World War II hangs (hung)-very informative.

An observation deck on Kotka and its surroundings, I don't remember how much the ticket costs, but the view is impressive, here you have the whole of Kotka and the Gulf of Finland!The tower is not very high, but it is the best in the city.
