He explains everything clearly and intelligibly, focuses on even the smallest nuances and gives good advice. I passed the license for the 1st time, Yuri Vasilyevich Portnov is a wonderful instructor, I recommend learning to drive from him! Muntyan S.A. is a class teacher of traffic rules theory, clearly, without water, delivers the material. In general, go without a doubt to study at DOSAAF.
