We had a vacation with our daughter in December. Flavio was warmly welcomed and helped to get into the room. All the agreed conditions were met. The room matches the description and photos 100%. The batteries, underfloor heating and hot water supply were working properly. Very comfortable mattress and pillows! Clear. There are ironing facilities, a kettle and a coffee machine. There is no daily cleaning. But if you are neat and tidy, then you can do without it for a few days. A great neighborhood. It is illuminated, safe, relatively quiet, and transportably accessible. To the center on foot 20-30 minutes or several stops. The observation deck on the Aventine is 2 stops away or 15 minutes on foot. The pyramid of Cestius. The Aurelian walls. The keyhole. The Colosseum. It's a pleasure to walk to everything. The train from/to the airport and to the sea is also a big plus. The metro and the train station are nearby. The presence of coffee shops, pizzerias, supermarkets will not leave you hungry. We really liked everything! And I am happy to recommend this hotel.
