I was charged the highest package fee. After my cargo was taken from the factory, I was presented with an additional payment of 50,000 tons, justifying that the plant is located outside the city. And where should it be located, in the center of Moscow? After all, I initially indicated the city of Orekhovo-Zuyevo in the Moscow region. The head of the company, Azizzhan, confronted me with the fact: either pay or we will make a return of the cargo. That is, the cargo has already been taken from the factory, and then they announced an additional payment. Considering that the cargo is fragile and presented a red tape with a refund, I found myself in a desperate situation, I was forced to pay another 50,000 tons. At that moment, I had doubts about the decency of this company, and I looked at the reviews. I should have done it right away! Further, waiting for the cargo also pretty frayed my nerves. Within the promised time frame of 7-9 days, I waited for the cargo for 15 days. The shipment arrived without packaging. Azizzhan explains to me that this package is in the form of a designer, and they remove it upon arrival at the warehouse. I prove to Azizzhan that I paid a lot of money for the package and it is my property. As a result, the cargo was delivered with damage. Of the total number of 100 pieces, I received 99 pieces, of which 3 trays are broken. 1, as it turned out, is lying in their warehouse. I demand a refund for the packaging, which I did not see in the end. I was deceived, the cargo was not packed. But Azizzhan exposes me as an unscrupulous and deceitful woman, arguing that the rest of the cargo arrived intact. Just think, 3 trays were broken, 1 was lost. We agreed that he would buy 4 trays and deliver them by air. With this arrangement, he believes that he should not make a refund for the lack of packaging. And he is silent about the delay in delivery. Using the services of another logistics company, Amologistik LLP, I realized that the prices of QMS Trans Logistics are inadequate, they are taken from the ceiling, that for them the client and image are not valuable.

And when the boxes were taken away, according to their calculations, the amount turned out to be 3 times more. In half a day, everything has already been weighed, put on pallets, packed and sent to customs. And I was notified about the total amount of the shipment, that it had increased 3 times, when the cargo was already at customs. And we are not talking about thousands of tenge, but millions. And we have swallowed this fact.
Further, we initially agreed, even in the documents it was written that door-to-door delivery. However, when the cargo arrived in Ireland, no one reported, neither the company responsible for the delivery, nor the carrier, nor the customs. The cargo stood for a week, as a result, we were charged a fine for downtime. And QMS Logistics said that they had nothing to do with it, someone else should have informed us that the cargo had arrived. Someone, but not them, not the ones we paid for shipping. Further is better: we issued the documents for customs clearance of the cargo, and the QMS were obliged to arrange delivery from customs to home. The manager said it would be faster if you arrange delivery on the spot, and we will compensate you for the delivery amount. That's what we did. As a result, this company dumped us on the amount of cargo delivery. And this is not 10-15 thousand tenge. The prices are different here. They did not like the refund amount, and they decided not to repay the debt at all. Well, as a result, they do not get in touch.

And I have no right to demand money for the packaging, since the main cargo arrived intact. I can't prove in any way that the package I paid for is my property. And no one has the right to take it off. As a result, 3 trays are damaged, one is lying in their warehouse.
Azizzhan promised to give an answer on Monday about the refund for the packaging. I waited one day, and on Tuesday morning I began to remind you about it. As it turned out, I am incomprehensible and deceitful, I move his roof in the morning. It turns out that I have no conscience, because the goods are not all damaged. And there is no question of a refund for the packaging. Why does everyone around understand that the paid package is my property and no one had the right to remove it, it must be intact. And for Azizzhan, I am an unscrupulous and deceitful woman. And also I can't get the penalty for the delay of the cargo in the promised time.
