In general, it's my own fault - I chose a smoking room because it was cheaper. It turned out to be very smoky. The dubious design of the hotel, but it does not affect the accommodation. In the basement there is a pleasantly priced fully automated cafe with robot waiters, and there is also an elevator directly from the upper floors of the hotel. Well, it's a bit far to walk from Tokyo station, especially with heavy luggage (but in general it's real, so don't be scared)
+ traditional Japanese bathtub (good thing it's not a shower)
+ communication in English with the staff should work out (I communicated in Japanese)
+ literally next to the station, it is easy to get from and to the airport
+ there are vending machines with drinks on the floors (some even seem to sell alcohol in them)
+ you can book for rubles and pay with a card
- if you have a lot of luggage (as I did), then it will not be easy to find an exit with an elevator, and there are several steps without a ramp at the entrance to the hotel.
In general, a classic business hotel, no frills, but the level is decent

A good hotel, I liked everything, we changed the towel every day, everything is clean and cozy, you can take disposable soap accessories on the 1st floor
