A real well-preserved fortress on the banks of the Danube. It is impressive in its scope. Free parking is available to the right of the main entrance. There are not many tourists on weekdays
A very large fortress, dating back to the 15th century. The picturesque place is also applicable for use not only as a tourist attraction, there is an active stadium and playgrounds inside the fortress. There is everything you need for walking, a tourist map and routes. Admission is free, there is an option to take a paid walk inside the fortress in a closed area.
One of the largest medieval fortresses. Most of them were damaged in the explosion of the arsenal in 1941, at the same time the main gate and half of the city were demolished.
Now it serves as a city park, there is a stadium, festivals are held. Admission to Maly grad is by ticket.
A very specific fortress. But maybe we were in bad weather. And the courtyard, which seemed to be especially beautiful, was closed for repairs.

An unexpected, quiet and cozy corner of nature in the city. Behind the ancient and mighty fortress walls, a well-groomed park opens, where families have picnics, walk along the paths, and athletes train on the playground. The territory of the fortress is impressive.
I also recommend visiting Maly Grad and enjoying the view of the fortress and the Danube from the high tower.
Smederevskaya fortress.
At first, the fortress appears to be just a gray suite of boring dilapidated walls. But the impression changes completely when visiting the citadel itself (Small Courtyard). The entrance ticket costs a penny. High towers, loopholes, passages along the walls, an inner courtyard, a picturesque view of the Danube from a height. Fans of textured medieval fortresses are required to visit.
