It's probably normal to approve the day and approximate time with the client, and when he arrives, make him wait in the cold at a CLOSED office, and also with a subsequent call from the boss (10 minutes), saying "sorry, we're not here, we have a good event." Okay, if the "boss" has an event, why can the employee take the day off? Or was it impossible to notify in advance that the office was closing? In general, terrible service, irresponsibility. Mb is being repaired and cool, but this moment is terrible. It's not enough for you to give a small grade for such "quality". It wouldn't be so sad if I didn't have to travel from the other side of the city to you with two damn transfers, purely because I was naive enough to fall for the "good" reviews on Google.
