A terrible service that makes poor-quality repairs. Wasted time and money.
I gave away a 2011 Macbook Pro for repair with a video card problem. I chose this service because they promised the fastest time for diagnosis and repair. The key word here is "promised", because in fact, the service has never met any of the promised deadlines. We repaired the video card, gave a guarantee for our work. About a month later, the video card failed again, took it back to the service under warranty, promised that they would check it on the same day and that warranty cases were their priority. Naturally, no one called back that day or the next, and in general did not work on the laptop. I specially checked the logs of turning on the laptop, the first time it was turned on in the service only after I called back 2 days later to remind myself. As a result, they could not solve anything under warranty (or rather did not want to), they began to tell that there were no problems with the video card and their repair, to blame the processor and the age of the laptop, the only option that was offered was to install an older version of the OS (while the laptop worked fine all the time before their repair and a month after no one was confused by any loads).
Tired of listening to all this nonsense, after a week without results, I took the laptop. I took it to a normal service center, where I was diagnosed in 3 days, found that there was a problem with the video card and replaced it, after which everything works fine. And as a result, I got only lost time and money from the Smart service, and a lot of it. After all this, he demanded a refund for poor-quality work, which the staff of the center naturally refused. The management is not in place during working hours, they refused to provide a phone number to contact him.
