I can give 5 stars on the third day of my stay, when a pretty tired room is not as frustrating as on the first day! Of the disadvantages, there is also a constantly unpleasant smell in the bathroom, broken plumbing. appliances and barely working air conditioning. But there are much more advantages.: delicious varied food, polite administrators, at the first request they run to help with everything. The animation is wonderful with the involvement of both adults and children. Alcohol is normal, by the way, and my head doesn't hurt like it does after expensive Russian wines. Fishaaaaaa!!! It's cool, fresh, and cooked in different ways. The pool is so-so, a lot of broken sun beds (also old). Good location of the hotel. You will not find such a sea with grains of gold anywhere else in Bodrum. Transparent. Fish are visible. There is no wild will from ships. If you want a paid sunbed with amenities, you don't want free sand))). There is a shop next to the hotel, you can buy everything for the beach and for a snack, souvenirs, prices are normal.

Nice hotel, cleaning service every day, varied menu. One of the big disadvantages is that there is no private beach, access to the sea takes 5 minutes slowly. But they took the burning option and did not take it into account . It 's great for your money .

Now about the rest ..))
- A dead room, without baseboards, unsanitary conditions are complete, it feels like from the "gene.cleaning" they made the bed and left towels (and then they could miss one big one)
- There is no hot water in the room (at all), I had to wash in the cold! As the hotel guide said, "yes, there is trouble with the central water supply in the whole of Bodrum, so we can't help!"
- When checking in, the toilet flush did not work (!), however, a master came, it seemed to fix it, but the water flowed after that on a regular basis (how to drive guests crazy without suspecting that you are driving They're crazy)
- The territory is very small, even the pool in the photo was made 1.5 times larger.
- There is one elevator (you get to the pool from the reception, and then walk up the stairs and stairs, they did not offer to carry suitcases even for money)
- There is no beach of their own, they stayed on the city (or not the city, we couldn't figure it out), they just sat on the rocks and their towels, which they brought from home

Further, as a fact, it's up to you to decide whether it's a minus or not. 90% of the hotel's guests are Turks, most with young children, it is almost impossible to take a sun lounger by the pool.
Okay, a 4* hotel is not that expensive (they gave 60k per person for 8 nights and 9 days), but still I want a human attitude, a change of towels and normal cleaning.

We stayed at this hotel in the middle of September. The choice was forced, for a number of reasons. In general, the hotel is not bad, but it does not pull on its stars and very much, we got a spacious, two-room room with a balcony, the room has a TV with one Russian RTR channel, three single beds and one double bed, the bed linen was clean, the mattress was comfortable, the room was tired, you can upgrade a little, in there was no shower curtain, and the shower stand itself should be replaced. There are no soap and shaving accessories, only liquid soap in the dispenser by the sink and shower gel in the shower. The main disadvantage of the hotel is that there is no hot water, from the word at all, it flowed slightly warm. True, some rooms have small electric boilers, but they apparently accommodate families with children. And there are problems with sound insulation, but this is practically in all hotels.
There are no complaints about nutrition, everything is delicious, you will not stay hungry, a lot of greens, very tasty cherry tomatoes, several varieties of cheese, but hotter, fish, chicken. Lots of stewed vegetables. For breakfast there were porridges, rice and oatmeal, although very sweet, apparently designed for children, mashed soups, tea, coffee plus alcohol.
The location of the hotel is convenient, almost in the center of Bodrum, near two supermarkets: Migros and Kerifor, public transport stop. There is also a street of bars and clubs nearby. It's a 5-minute walk to the sea, but we walked a little further along the shore, there's a wider beach and not so many people. Special thanks to the Aegean Sea, it was just gorgeous,
clean and warm, and we went to Turkey because of it. And we were lucky with the weather, there was no sweltering heat, maximum + 30.
This hotel is not for the best, a good budget option no more.
One more point: the hotel is located on a mountain slope and the houses are located one above the other, and if you are given a number starting with the number 3 or 4, get ready to walk up and down the stairs a lot (not a bad option for training). The staff there is polite, responsive, help with all questions, and set up Wi-Fi and call a taxi, the guys are trying, but still the hotel does not pull the declared 4 stars, a maximum of three. I would like to advise the hotel management to listen to the reviews of their guests and eliminate the shortcomings that they point out.

Nice and very nice hotel, delicious food, normal rooms. It is a 10-minute walk to the sea, there is no beach of its own, but there are many good beach clubs with music, sun beds and a clean sea on the beach field.

I don't understand who gives this place 5 stars, or I was unlucky with the room.
Of the advantages, probably only the cost.
There are many disadvantages:
- the room is dead, dirty, cosmetic repairs have not been done for a long time, apparently
- the stink from the bathroom, saves the open window, the bathroom door does not close
- the hot water flowed very slowly
- by mistake, I opened someone else's room with my card, I assume that anyone could open mine
- wi-fi works in the lobby and in the restaurant, there are no rooms
- outside the room it is also dirty - bulls and garbage
Because of the desperate situation, I stayed here for one night and left.

Excellent for your money, there is water, food, drinks.
There was no balcony in the promo room, but that's okay. Remon is cute, cosmetic repairs were made relatively recently, a comfortable bed, pillow and mattress. Of the minuses, poor room cleaning and probably not the fastest service at the bar, there are a lot of people, the guys are sewn up. If you need a beach holiday, it's better to find something closer to the sea with your own beach. Here, you have to wander around, look for places. But sitting on the bass is very fun. There is music, food is like everywhere else.

We had a rest in August 2024.There were no reviews about this hotel, so I had to go blind.
Finally:
- the food is normal, there was fish, beef, chicken.

The hotel is worth the money (up to 40k for 7 nights). The hotel is not bad. The staff knows Russian. Very responsive, who is always ready to help. If you don't like something, feel free to help you at the reception. Food is like everywhere else. Delicious sweets, fruits. Alcohol is normal. The hotel has 2 parterre beaches where you can relax for free. But after 14:00 it gets noisy on these beaches (Gumbet is still a hangout place). If you understand that Bodrum is a party city and that there is no point in going to Bodrum and staying in a hotel, much less going with children, then this hotel is for you!

I put 2 stars only for the friendly staff, there are no complaints about it + after I said that I wanted to see the room, they gave us a bigger room (category above). Otherwise, of course, it is darkness.. although the hotel cost about 100 euros a day, I cannot say that it is worth the money. This is the first time I've seen such a discrepancy between photos and reality. The food is absolutely not tasty, you can not count on it. Cleaning, towels, bed linen are dark, I wanted to move out as soon as possible. The pool deserves a separate theme. For the first time I see muddy water, the bottom is not visible in the pool. A bunch of hair that comes across during the bathing process. In general, complete fu!
We had a non-refundable rate through <url>, so we could not fully refund the money for the second night. At the same time, at least the remaining 1/4 of the unpaid funds were not withdrawn from us, apparently because of the complaint that I sent them. Thanks for that.
We also found out in one of the cafes nearby when we went to have lunch there, despite the fact that we have an all inclusive, the owner of this hotel is now in financial difficulties, they save on everything, hence such poverty /dirt/cheap food/ drinks. But even if everything was great, there are a number of nuances: a very inconvenient location of the rooms, on a slide, some have to climb very far up the stairs, we were lucky, they smoke everywhere (in general, like everywhere in Turkey), but here, right at you and the child, a whole crowd of men at the next table smoked so That the ears are turning up…
The audience is appropriate. Draw conclusions and don't repeat our mistakes. There is much more attractive accommodation at a lower price and within walking distance of attractions

I had to walk 140 steps to get from the room to the lobby and back. The food is ordinary, don't count on something cool. There is a swimming pool, but there are a lot of people. There are Sok shops next to the hotel (right in the hotel building) and Migros across the street. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea. But these are the beaches of another hotel, it is paid. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach of our hotel. At 11:00 there is a transfer from the hotel to the beach. There is a bus stop 50-70 meters from the hotel, going to Bodrum Bus Station. It costs 20 lire. Very convenient. In general, it's not bad, but it's not worth the money spent. In mid-July 2023, an 8-night tour cost almost 70,000 rubles per person. For two - a little more than 120,000. The sea is cooler than the Mediterranean, Black and Ionian, but rather it is a plus, since it was more than 40 degrees outside and the water was really refreshing. The terrain is mountainous, you always go either up or down. No one is bothering, it's safe.

They were in July 2023. The hotel is clearly not 4 stars. Before that, we always rested in solid fours, so there is something to compare it with. I will write only about the disadvantages. In order:
1. Service. The service at this hotel is very, very poor. First, they moved into a room in which there was ice on the air conditioner and it did not work quite correctly. Considering that the air conditioner was hanging over the bed, all the water from the air conditioner flew directly onto the bed. The staff couldn't fix the air conditioner and after 4 hours we had our room changed. The towel and bed linen have never been changed in 7 days. They clean the room so-so - take out the trash and wash the floor. You need to come to this hotel with your shampoo, soap, etc., do not even count on slippers and bathrobes. And it's better to take your own slippers, since the floors are poorly washed. Two adults were given 1 small jar of shampoo for the whole time, soap from the dispenser.
2. We took a promo room without a balcony. Swimsuits dried overnight in the bathroom. There is a TV in the room, but it does not show. Wi-Fi does not catch everywhere, only next to the lobby and that's bad. If you need the Internet, it is better to purchase a local SIM card with the Internet. The sound insulation in the room is poor, you can hear people talking in the hallway, flushing in the toilet.
3. Nutrition. Those who like to eat should go to another hotel. There has never been meat (beef, mutton) in 7 days. Perhaps there were semi-finished products from meat (such as cutlets), but there was no desire to eat them. There was chicken, but not always deliciously cooked, there was mackerel from fish a couple of times and 1 time like trout on the grill. Everything else is standard. Of the drinks, the wine is sour, the beer is normal. Powdered coffee.
4. Staff. There is no Russian-speaking staff at the hotel, only an Anex representative can help. Not everyone speaks English either. In this hotel, the staff treats the guests indifferently, they do not even greet each other.
The hotel is located on the mountain, lived in the 11th building on the 2nd floor. It was necessary to go up several stairs to get to the room. This is just in case someone is critical and who is with children.
I do not recommend this hotel. There is no desire to return to this hotel.

The hotel is small, the rooms are acceptable, but they are cleaned disgusting! In the kitchen: you won't die of hunger, but they cook "not with love" (meat and fish were overcooked to crackers), good vegetables, fruits and desserts. I couldn't cram strong alcohol and cocktails from it into myself, I drank a beer of Ephesus. In general, the hotel is 3*. There is no beach of their own, they take them to someone else's - there are no drinks and food on the beach with sun beds as luck would have it.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights.
We got a spacious room with a large balcony. It is clear that cosmetic repairs were carried out, but the room cleaning was mediocre.
The Internet in the territory is terrible.
In the morning, the water in the shower was just icy and warmed up only in the evening, it was impossible to wash.
We didn't really like the food (it was much tastier in other hotels) and the choice of dishes is not very large.
On the plus side: not so far from the sea, although the beach is so-so and there are 3 supermarkets near the hotel.
Also, when checking out at the reception, they tried to charge us an amount 2 times more than we had booked at the booking, as a result, we had to spend time figuring it out....

The hotel does not match the description at all!The hotel is located on a slope, several buildings, to reach the far one you need to go through 4 rows (floors)steps, all Russians are settled in distant buildings, and the Turks are closer, there is mold in the shower room, there is no table or chairs, there is one conder for two rooms (at least something works), there is a balcony with a view of the wall, the rooms are tired, the door does not close (the lock does not work), for 5 people Two towels!there are only Turks in the hotel, so be prepared that they smoke everywhere, shake the ashes almost into the pool!Regarding the replacement of the room, I offered money, strangely enough they do not take it (they return the money), they just say that there are no other rooms, although by the evening the Turks were again settled in rooms with good views! In general, I do not advise anyone to come here.There is no one else in the hotel who understands Russian, only Google!

We visited this hotel last year (August 2021). We had a rest with the children. Very dirty!!!! We had to wash the floor ourselves, because it was impossible to walk in the room. In the photo there is a towel with which we wiped the floor after cleaning))) The refrigerator is dirty. The linen was replaced 1 time in 11 days, but not on their own. I had to wait in the room for the person who cleans and ask.. ask.. ask. This hotel has a receptionist, Emin, who at first glance is responsive, but who does not want to solve anything (for example, linen replacement). This Emin promises to resolve the issue, but that's it. For recreation, such problems are not necessary at all, but you don't want to sleep in the mud either.
The food is not tasty, but you can choose vegetables and chicken. We weren't hungry. There was never a fish. Grill - once during the rest period. Alcohol in the evening - a certain amount in one hand, i.e. men will not be able to look after their girls))))
There is no beach of its own. The "partner beach" of this hotel is constantly busy. The staff of the beach defiantly remove umbrellas, because you have not paid, but come from the hotel.
Bottom line: you can relax everywhere, ignoring the dirt and the lack of a comfortable beach, but you can also choose another hotel. Be sure to read the reviews.
