At first, we waited for the controller for a month and a half, then we waited again because the controllers were not working, then the miracle master decided to make changes and replace some of the connectors installed by me with automotive hydro protection. I cut all the wires and quit, and that's where the whole repair stopped, but I don't know about it. after some more time, I decided to come and pick it up and give it to another service. Upon arrival, I see this picture, everything is cut off and put in a bag. I ask Natalia, the acceptance administrator, what is this??? To which she replies, the master who dealt with this issue has quit, while others do not know and do not want to take it up. After the discussion, a paper was taken from the administrator in which she indicated that everything would be in place on a certain date.and there will be a call from the service as soon as everything is ready, but there was no call. After some time, I decide to pick it up again, I arrive and see a miracle, somehow they made something, but the bare wires stick out, the turns don't work either, and the wheel barely turns without load. I ask questions about why such an irresponsible approach to work and why it happens at the service station, the administrator answered me; that I have some new complaints every time. I ask a question why the motor wheel does not turn as it should? To which the administrator replies; and you know that according to the law, you can't drive more than 25 km per hour, and in addition, he says he can go faster downhill.
There was another discussion, and we agreed that they would fix it within two weeks. And then, miraculously, your equipment's engine is running-the wheel is spinning as it should. I immediately ask the question, is everything exactly in order, has it been checked well, how much should I take for the calculation??? The answer is; I'll call you back, have a nice day, and that's it. Again, I come to pick up my long-awaited equipment, but there is no battery, I ask where, and they answer me; but there was none. I say give me the cameras, look at the battery when it was taken for repair. They searched the premises and did not find it. Of course, the cameras didn't show anything because it was 04/17/24 and there had been no recording for so long, but I came to pick it up again on 09/12/24. The result was not done in four months and it was even more not working at the repair site, and the battery was also missing, that is, the electronic was dismantled.a scooter.
This is the most irresponsible service where incompetent specialists work!!!

I am satisfied with the service. After running 4,350 km, we serviced the Kugoo Note battery (replacement of dying cells + balancing), which we bought from them back in 23. After maintenance, the power reserve has noticeably increased, even in cool weather. Now the mileage is almost 5,000, everything is fine. It took about 3 weeks to complete.
