I ordered tiles for the whole apartment. A huge selection, any style and for any purse. I especially liked the approach - we met them halfway in everything and when there were not enough tiles of two colors, they were delivered very quickly. We ordered ARTISAN Burgundy 6.5x20 Spanish tiles for the new building. The tile was beautiful in the photo, but in reality it was just a delight! Special thanks for the help with the delivery of the missing tiles. There wasn't enough during the laying. But the store went to a meeting and was delivered from Moscow. I recommend both the product and the store.

We ordered tiles for the walls and floor. There was a huge selection and surprisingly pleasant prices! And what is most important is the attentive attitude to customers! There were not enough tiles twice and twice I called the salon on holidays and to my surprise they picked up the phone twice and helped to form an order! I've rarely seen this! This is very valuable! We ordered porcelain stoneware for steps painted in bulk, the seller, who also claims that she is the director, assured that the tile is painted in bulk, which means that the color will remain when cut, in fact, the black tile is white when cut. Scared of this, the seller sent a photo and offered to varnish it in order to somehow darken the edges. I am attaching a photo. They did not want to accept such a product. They demanded to return the prepayment, made 70% of the cost, which was refused, the seller in the person of the director screamed very much, cursed and sent immediately to court.
Complete LACK of customer orientation, rudeness, deception, just to cram the product in.
I will write a letter of complaint and apply to the court.
Don't mess around. Nerves are more expensive.
