It looks better in the avenues. :)
A modest but decent hotel on the edge of the city. You can't walk to the center. If there is a car, there is no problem. There is a parking lot.
The rooms are ordinary, it's enough to spend the night. I'd freshen them up with makeup.
The breakfast is normal, but without frills.
In general, an average hotel for your money. You can live, but you can look for another one.
