Cafe in the city of Balkhash, the second line from the cutoff of the lake water. Near the park and the city embankment. A small parking lot for cars. Tables outside, under awnings. It is invariably delicious from carp. Kebabs are served . Their assortment varies based on the price situation. Most of the visitors are locals, often with children, and they are tipsy. There is a toilet. Restaurant critics have nothing to do in this place...To eat on a fine day is fine.
