Samgard LLC is the most low-grade office that I had to deal with. They deceive people by promising to deliver the goods on time, but in fact they simply manipulate the deadlines and do not fulfill their obligations. I waited four months for the product to be delivered, but it never arrived in full, and the company did not provide us with any explanations or apologies. It turned out that Samgard LLC already has about 10 enforcement proceedings, and this is not surprising, given their incompetence and irresponsible attitude towards their clients. I believe that such companies should be closed and deprived of a business license. The whole process of working with Samgard LLC was a complete nightmare for me, and I am extremely disappointed in their professionalism and honesty. I do not recommend contacting this company in any case. You will return the money through the court.

In March 2024, our company paid 1,600 rubles in advance to SMAGARD LLC for the printer. The delivery date was 04/08/2024, however, on 04/09/2024, the manager told us that the paid goods had not arrived at the warehouse and offered to wait indefinitely. We asked (including in writing) for a refund, as we were interested in buying the product. We were promised a refund within a couple of days, but this did not happen. We wrote them a complaint, went to the office to meet with the director. Promises have remained promises. We were only refunded 700 rubles. And when we went to court, we found out that SMAGARD LLC was reorganized, we were not notified about it, they violated the law again. If you are also victims of the actions of this company and are ready to act further, then let's unite to refund our funds (+375 44 535 63 55 Stanislav, LLC "Salyutmotors").

In fact, I don't even want to put one star. The goods were delivered in advance in violation of all deadlines. At first, there was a battle to bring what we paid for, now to give the documents. We were fed breakfast for 1.5 months, now all phones are unavailable, the website says that the store is temporarily closed. We do not recommend contacting this organization, it's just a disgusting impression of cooperation!!!!!
