A good cafe-bakery. The interior is cozy, pleasant for communication in a family circle, with friends. Polite, friendly staff. Fresh mouth-watering and delicious pastries, desserts. Unfortunately, the coffee upset me. The cappuccino was cool, the foam was weak, not dense. Maybe you were unlucky? I recommend pastries and desserts.

The coffee shop is not bad, the pastries are delicious. Croissants are the best in the city, but no matter how you go in, they are quickly disassembled. I live nearby, I come in at different times, and only in the morning can I choose something. That's why there are two stars. If you want a croissant with coffee, you have to go somewhere else.

I visited the coffee shop “Puff” and was pleasantly surprised. The impressions are only positive! A cozy place with a pleasant interior. The coffee in the “Puff” is simply magnificent! And the croissants… Mmm, they are really delicious. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. I especially recommend trying a croissant with almond filling. Reasonable prices.
In general, the coffee shop “Puff” is a great place for those who appreciate good coffee and delicious pastries. I recommend it! ☕🥐

The most terrible cafe in the city!!! I have never seen such disgusting and lax treatment of clients anywhere else! I don't know what the quality of their products is, I only managed to try it once.To be honest, I'm not thrilled.(( The rest of the time, the cafe staff stubbornly ignored the presence of customers, or grumbled in response.🤷♀️. In short, I do not recommend it!!!

We ate on 09/21/2024. The attitude of the staff is terrible, customer orientation is 0!!! Although the prices are not small! They ate on the terrace, the food was served in turn, that is, they brought one, the second one waits until the third one has already eaten the first one. Since we ate on the terrace, we were asked to take the dishes back when we ate. But , what surprised me! The waiter, passing by us and seeing an empty plate, did not even take it away, although she went empty-handed!!! When they asked where the bathroom was, they answered us very rudely, saying that you can't see for yourself ... although you were with a child!! I'm shocked... this is the first time in an institution with such terrible service! It was the first and last time !

We were at the coffee shop "Puff" with friends on Sunday morning 08/11/2024. We ordered drinks and sat on the terrace to wait. The order was carried for 30 minutes, despite the fact that we ordered regular coffee and desserts that were already on display. To the question "how much longer to wait?" They looked at me with a dissatisfied look and sent me to the barista to ask, since they do not prepare these drinks. If you work in the service sector, you need to learn how to communicate with people at the same time.

The coffee is not delicious, it is bitter. But I was going to try the laudatory croissants)) I took a flat one - nothing. The service is normal. I was surprised that cooking a simple meal takes 30 minutes, but the price tag is acceptable!

Our family's favorite pastry shop is the coffee shop. It's atmospheric for such an institution, a pleasant hostess, normal prices, a good assortment of muffins and drinks. True, there are often empty storefronts after lunch, but this is quite logical, no one wants to do and throw it away later. I recommend it!
