For those who have never been to a Sloboda restaurant in their life, of course the restaurant. But a logo on paper napkins is not an indicator. The restaurant's level still needs to be matched. And the management has a lot to work on. Our people are unassuming about food - they didn't get poisoned by food, and thank God.
However, most people have an idea about the interior. Therefore, the corridors should be spacious, the doors wide, the windowless hall should have emergency lighting, and the toilet should have paper and soap. If there are not enough staff, then the owner is personally obliged to keep order. Maybe when the repair day comes, after which they will buy new tables and chairs, because the existing ones are no good either in terms of exterior (chipboard sheet on metal legs) or in terms of operation (very low). And then you see, they will grow up to haute cuisine with the serving of dishes in addition.
The service was at a low level, the waitresses had to be searched all the time, during the birthday celebration, they placed some of the dishes themselves, and they were cleaned empty. As a result, all the dishes were brought out to us, which eventually cooled down. The food for the cafe is normal, you can come here if other places are busy!
I will immediately note the interior of this institution, but it seems to me that it can be done even better, now everything is in the old Slavic style, but with a taste of some kind of collective farm in the design, it can be done better. And so the idea and style are very pleasant, I went to an institution in Moscow with a similar style, there it looks more like a couple of hundred years ago you were sitting somewhere in a tavern. The waitresses there are also dressed in national folk costumes. That's great.
And so everything that I ate here is delicious and the place is convenient if you are by car and if on foot, you will need to walk along the road and not on a very good sidewalk, as I saw somewhere not even a sidewalk.)
We were celebrating a birthday. The lights were turned off, I had to sit for 2 hours in complete darkness, something the administration tried to fuss about, but alas, they didn't give the light yet.
The service is disgusting, dirty glasses, burnt pizza.

9 years later, as part of the New Year's corporate party, I again had a meeting with the restaurant, cafe Sloboda. And what was my disappointment literally from the very first steps ... there is no New Year's entourage, no decor... They even skimped on the Christmas tree…
Entering the huge pavilion, no one will meet you, open the door for you, take your things in the "wardrobe" (in fact, it turned out to be a room behind a curtain where guests simply leave their outerwear unattended).
And what about the hall itself??? I think the photo conveys the whole "New Year's atmosphere"...a black ceiling, a colorful hall and bustling waiters without uniforms, badges ...
There are split systems along the upper perimeter of the hall, but in fact only two of them work...considering the size of the hall, it's nothing, it's really cold in the hall...people were sitting in their clothes...Maybe the administration was counting on the amount of alcohol consumed...they say they will drink, it will get warmer ...???
On stage at that time there was a rehearsal of the Vegas show ballet ... there are simply no words...apparently there was simply no other time…
A separate word about the serving of dishes and about the gastronomic delights themselves...The design of the dishes is decent, aesthetically seasoned, the portions are not small and it certainly pleased. Many visitors had previously expressed bread odes to eggplant rolls stuffed with soft cheese and nuts. We are all children of advertising and of course we also ordered the same rolls. Their serving corresponded to the picture on the website, but the walnut shells inside were probably a bonus... From the hot we were served rustic potatoes and steak. Potatoes were, as is fashionable now, al dente, and the steak was clearly frozen and defrosted several times, so the meat was not tasty, it lacked or did not have spices or salt at all...a separate question for the kitchen…Do you even taste what you serve to the guests?
The program of the evening was intense: these are two whole contests, no New Year's theme, the boozy presenter completely forgot about the theme of the holiday and led an essentially ordinary restaurant evening...forgetting where which organization is sitting ...

Alas.restaurateurs You work for a day (per person min.the order is 2500 + 500 rubles. the program), which assumes a certain list of services and people come to you in the hope of receiving them in full. If you do not see the difference between a restaurant, a cafe and a canteen, then this is a minus for your management... but otherwise, these reviews will appear more and more often and people will simply stop coming to you, and your proud RESTAURANT sign will be replaced by a DINING ROOM.

There was a top-level cafe more than once, a corporate party, a birthday party were celebrated - both the guests and the organizers were satisfied! They are very tasty, served on time and without delay. The waiters are attentive! The prices are affordable! I recommend it!
