THE SAD STORY OF cream))))
I visited the salon for 9 months. I did both manicures and pedicures.. everything was fine. Of the nuances, the only thing was that I often went for correction, I thought the problem was with me. IT TURNS out that the problem was with the wizards.
Before the New Year, the owner of this salon, Anastasia, gave me a manicure. I did it perfectly! I've been using my nails for almost TWO MONTHS, not 2 weeks. I returned from a business trip and immediately wrote to them on Instagram that I would go for a correction. HE ASKED ANASTASIA AGAIN. Here I am enrolled in a new master, and a day later the party (I attach a photo).
She wrote that during this time, there should be no such peeling, cuticles should not stick out))) to which the studio went to a meeting with me and offered to redo the work for which they did not take the money. The work was corrected by the same master that partak did) moreover, she adjusted only 5 nails, and the rest began to fall off one by one after a while. 😂😂😂😂
I think it's okay) a young girl, stuffing her hand, inexperienced.
I write to the salon to make an appointment for a new manicure for a FEE and ask the master Anastasia, to which they tell me that she has not accepted for two months, ALTHOUGH clients go to her and she works great. And then I get this SMS... (photo attached) I understand that the message about my unjustified refusal to attend was sent from Anastasia's mouth, although I was praising her personally! I praised her in correspondence and I praise her here))) durdooom
I will provide information about myself: I have my own business in the service sector, so I have always treated "shortcomings" with a kind heart. Not violent, not habalka. I open my mouth just to say my wishes, no more) I don't ask 100 questions, I don't threaten) I don't ask for discounts) I'm NOT LATE, I always arrived on the appointed date.
Advice to future or current clients of the salon: girls, never express your dissatisfaction, otherwise you will have to forget about the comfort of the salon, you will stomp to other places) don't you like it? Be patient! Walk! Shut up!
