From 23.07 to 31.07 we had a vacation with my husband in China, Hainan Island. I have a very pleasant impression of the place and the rest in general and the hotel in particular. We lived in Barry Boutique hotel 4*. Very clean and comfortable hotel. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed, supplies (shampoo, toothbrush with paste, drinking water) were replenished every day. The beach is not far away, but it is dangerous to swim there this season. We went to another beach by taxi. Very cheap. It's cheaper by bus, everyone has their own. You need to prepare for a beach holiday: the sun is very active, although it is almost invisible. There are a lot of places to visit, but it's cheaper to order them from local guides (2 times cheaper than from hotel guides) or even get there yourself. Natural pearls are sold almost everywhere, but the prices are different. It is better not to buy anything in factories, it is many times more expensive there than can be found in local shops.
Food in local cafes is cheaper than in restaurants, but not worse. One serving is on average from $5 to $8. For $ 10 per person, you can eat your fill and take something else with you. The fruits are delicious, there's no other way to say it)) Juicy mango, papaya, lychee, mangosteen... I've tried some for the first time. And everything is very cheap, compared to prices in Belarus.
As for the cons, it's the road. It takes a long time to get there. We took off from Moscow, plus a connection in Beijing. In general, it took us 31 hours to get to Sanya in one direction from Minsk. But on the way back, Beijing Airport offered us a hotel to spend the night before the plane to Moscow (13h. waiting). Of all those who flew to Moscow, only we realized that we were offering a hotel for waiting. Therefore, listen carefully to what is being offered to you. Initially, the hotel was not supposed to be, and we wanted to rent a room ourselves, but... We were lucky) We were very satisfied with the trip, so we would like to express our gratitude to the travel agency Sletaimbai and the travel agent Inessa in particular for very fast booking and professionalism. Next time, a vacation only with this company!!!

With great pleasure, I want to share my impressions of the holiday! Vacationing in Hurghada Desert Rose Resort 09.07-23.07, two adults and two children)
The hotel is just wonderful! A large and well-groomed territory, everything is green, cozy, you just go and enjoy such beauty! They cooked very tasty! There is a lot of food, a varied selection, grilled every day, seafood, a large selection of fruits! Cozy rooms) The staff is friendly and attentive! The beach is just super, perfect for kids! There is also a reef. Bars are a special treat, coffee beans, a wide variety of juices and drinks, delicious cocktails)

We had a family vacation (2 adults and 2 children aged 14 and 6) from 05/25/2024 to 06/29/2024. We were very satisfied with both the rest and the organization of the trip. In the process of choosing a tour, we received many interesting offers from the agency and full honest advice on the pros and cons of each of them, for which special thanks to Maria) In addition, support and accompaniment were also offered during the trip, but fortunately she was not needed, because everything was organized perfectly.

We flew on an organized vacation for the first time, of all the agencies here we offered a choice of 9 options for our wallet. Alexandra's manager made the perfect selection, gave her recommendations and the reality was better than we expected. We were not satisfied with the charter, Alexandra picked up everything, changed it, and arranged a transfer to Moscow for us. Everything is perfect. We were vacationing with two small children (2 and 4 years old), so the main requests were food and the first coastal one. Because we flew for the first time, there is not much to compare with, but we are full of impressions, we and the kids really liked everything. Clean and tidy rooms, provided a cot for the youngest child.

- the second room is excellent, the first (which we were originally settled in) was with jambs (the air conditioner is constantly leaking, there was no toilet paper, hangers, pillows, batteries in the safe, etc.). After we were relocated, the vacation began to play with other colors
- the alcohol was normal, then either it got boring, or it was changed and it became disgusting, except for beer and wine
- the beach is good, food, alcohol, drinks are included in the price of the tour, the beach itself is clean, sandy, the entrance to the sea is small pebbles, there is a shuttle service. The beach is a 30-minute walk away

We flew to Nha Trang with the guys! I'm thrilled! We picked up just a great hotel price / quality: Gonsala hotel. We received a high-category room completely free of charge. The weather in mid-October was excellent. Food is generally fire, But it's better to stock up on Enterol. There are only charcoal and probiotics in pharmacies.
The sea is cool and warm. It's fun to ride the waves. There is also something to see. In short, super!)

We decided to trust the professionals, because we flew to Asia for the first time...In Vietnam, they wanted to visit Nha Trang and then stay for 9 days in Mui Ne. The first thing I would like to start with, we were offered an individual transfer Ho Chi Minh City Airport - Nha Trang - Mui Ne - Ho Chi Minh City Airport, the professionals said that the prices would be like a taxi and charged $ 800 for the transfer...OK, the road from the airport to Nha Trang is 400km and the navigator shows 5.5 hours. It was hell... the driver fell asleep at the wheel, stopped at every opportunity, drank energy, belched, the road was terrible and after a hard flight with transfers, this miracle barely brought us in 7.5 hours...We are alive and thank you for that. Secondly, in Vietnam there is a grab app I recommend for taxis by the way...and when I scored our route there, I saw that it costs $ 500... thank you, they cheated us out of 300 bucks and knew us just terribly and the most annoying thing is that when we wrote to the travel agency that the driver was sloppy and he REALLY fell asleep, they wrote back to us: "poor driver, tired."
Third, Muine....Pandanus resort hotel, cool, no questions asked...you will leave the hotel there will be a bunch of cafes and restaurants and you will eat very cheaply... thanks to the "professionals" for the high-quality selection!))) the hotel is located on the outskirts and cafes and restaurants are almost 10km away! Yes, it's cheap there, but get there... That's why we ate at the hotel for three times the price!!! And the last thing... why was it impossible to book tickets directly from Minsk to Dubai? I don't understand...I climbed in and looked, planes fly every day and are not expensive... as a result, we had to fly to Moscow, wait for a transfer there, which increased our already difficult road... Thank you very much, don't set foot in the travel agency anymore!

We bought a 7-day tour to Turkey from this organization from Maria's manager from 22.07 to 29.07. We were dissatisfied with the approach of the staff and the organization of the tour. The tour was ordered 3 MONTHS before the trip, in order to achieve some specifics on the tour, we had to constantly write to the manager with a reminder about us. A couple of weeks before departure (after our reminder), we find out that we depart on 22.07 at 21:00, which means arrival the next day and the loss of a full day of the paid tour. The manager answered our questions very displeased, saying that it was Belavia's fault and that they set the charter schedule on the last day and that we should be grateful that we were flying at all (I remind you that we ordered the tour 3 months in advance). After checking the charter schedule after the tour, it turned out that there are three flights per day and the schedule is known in advance, which suggests that the manager simply forgot about us and booked us on the last remaining flight. We received all the documents one working day before the trip (again after a reminder) and when asked about seats on the plane, we received a sarcastic voice message from the manager with a sneer where did we even hear that you can buy a seat on a plane with a ticket (in any European airline) and that we can buy a seat when registration is 24 hours in advance. By entering the Minsk-Antalya charter into Google, we get the first link from the Belavia website with information that you can buy a seat in advance up to 72 hours before departure. As a result, we liked Turkey itself, but we will no longer contact this company due to the fact that we paid for the tour for 7 days, but in fact it was 5 and a half days, and even the manager's communication leaves much to be desired.

We had a family vacation with two children of 10 and 6 years old from 1.20.23 to 13.10.23 An ideal vacation for those who are very tired and not only))) I really liked the hotel and the whole place. The perfect huge beach, the purest sea.. actually, what we were driving for) the beach is really great, the sea places, sun beds, too, at any time. Get up at 7 in the morning, at least at 10. The rooms are nice, tidy, there are no questions about cleaning. Food for lovers of variety and simple clean food is beyond praise. I've arranged for all the family members. With a variety of dishes, everything is ok. Beautiful pet rabbits live on the territory - the children were happy))) going for a walk in the city is no problem, it's easy even on local transport, even by taxi. Animation was not chased, but it was also in sufficient quantity, interesting. This is not the first time in Turkey and not the first time in the top five - I must say that this is a great option for a family holiday.

Thank you very much! Well, we also liked the chosen hotel! The rest was a success. We chose Egypt, Sharm Cliff Resort 3*. In my opinion, this is a full-fledged 4. The food is varied, grilled in the evenings. Hotel in the center of Naama Bay, anything in 5-10 minutes walk! The bus takes you to the beach in the old town, where you can also walk and shop. Excellent location of the hotel. It is inexpensive, and we went beyond the sea, shopping and seafood (namely to Mahony). The weather was super, March 29°, that's what you need. We are happy with the rest! The price too!

A small review about the hotel,
1. Hotel
Not new, but neat. We flew with the tour operator Pegas Touristik. All the rooms were allocated BEFORE our arrival. People paid $50, but it didn't change anything at all) They got exactly the numbers they were supposed to get.
We had room 3127 (3rd floor). We asked for a higher room and with an ocean view, and it was). The room is huge, a large bed, a safe, a refrigerator with beer (the first day is free) and water for 0.5 per person. Towels 2 pcs for the face, 2 pcs for the legs and 2 pcs large for the body. Shampoo and gel are like everyone else's - small jars.

2. Cleaning
We never left a tip to the cleaners, but we still washed the floor, towels were changed every other time, the water was always new!!! Even sometimes we went on excursions and it was stored)) Of course, the cleaning is not perfect, but we also flew not to sit in a room in Dubai. We were ready for this.
3. Ocean
I can't imagine what people expect to see when they fly to the ocean - but I expected waves)) This is the ocean, I was very surprised to see a lot of small children, but more on that later. The water was pleasant, not cold, but sometimes after the rain it was invigorating. We swam in the rain, without the sun, and during the waves. It would be very strange here that people coming to the ocean are surprised that it is restless. Calm ocean is extremely rare in principle. The beach is clean, sometimes only the waves brought algae, but they were periodically cleaned. There are a lot of sun beds.
There were no beach towels on the first day, but on the second we calmly took them around 11:00, so it's strange that someone couldn't get towels for all 10 days, we had no problems with that.
4. Food
The most favorite topic)
The food was good! And sometimes I would say that I even got high.
Meat: pork, beef, chicken, fish (3 types approximately, sometimes 2 types).
Rice, pasta, pasta I could collect myself, scrambled eggs in the morning. My husband took desserts for himself and there were such that he was just getting high. Delicious ice cream.
WE DIDN'T GET POISONED. BUT speaking of poisoning. The children ate so many sweets WITHOUT parental supervision that you just believe it was not difficult to get poisoned. Always with such plates, with all sorts of mess, that I was worried that they wouldn't throw up right in the restaurant. But of course it's up to each person how much and what to eat and what to allow and in what quantity to children.
My husband and I even ate lobster in the Caribbean and everything was fine.
5. Insects
There were no mosquitoes in our room, and I didn't feel any mosquitoes either. We were in the Caribbean, there are a lot of midges there.
6. We took 4 excursions - Havana, El Nicho +Trinidad, Discovery tour, Caribbean + crocodiles. I liked it very much.
In general, it is suitable for those who are NOT going on a beach holiday. Believe me, it's much cheaper to lie on the beach in Egypt.
But if you want to get to know a new country that is completely different from ours, then Cuba is for you)

Everything is so well coordinated. And although our journey there and back lasted two days and we changed two planes and a train, due to the long wait for the connection on the way back, we also had the opportunity to see the beautiful mainland city of Hanzhou. It was the fourth time we were there, but we contacted this agency for the first time, as we were attracted by the pleasant price. This moment is on the conscience of the Turkish sellers and their "victim buyers"))) By the way, the thermal pool of Cleopatra in Pamukkale was open until 17-30. Хочу выразить огромную благодарность за невероятно организованный отдых фирмой Sletaem.by!Высокий профессинализм и клиентоориентированность !Мы хотели лететь в очередной раз в Турцию,но специалист Инесса переориентировала нас с мужем на Кубу.Признаться честно,мы всегда мечтали там побывать,но не думали,что Куба для нас доступна.Помимо длительного выбора отеля (мы туристы привередливые ),учета всех нюансов,специалист всегда была на связи.Вопросы :как вы долетели ?как проходит ваш отдых ? Я уже несколько раз обращался в турагенство Слетаем.by для организации моих путешествий, и каждый раз был полностью удовлетворен их работой. Они всегда предлагают мне несколько вариантов отелей и рейсов, чтобы я мог выбрать наиболее подходящий для меня. А также выслушивают все мои пожелания. Кроме того, они помогают с оформлением визы и дают много полезных советов для путешествия. Благодаря Слетаем.by недавно я провёл незабываемую неделю на Бали, наслаждаясь красивыми видами, морем, солнцем и сервисом отеля. Good afternoon. I would like to share my feedback about the organization of our vacation. :)
We started cooperation in one of the messengers, specifically outlined our capabilities and conditions, and by the evening we had more than 15 hotel options in three countries.
We discussed the nuances and signed a contract in the office a couple of days later.
Our manager was in touch with us 24/7, we were absolutely calm, knowing that at any moment we can ask for help and clarifications. Thank you so much for your concern!
The tour offered turned out to be at the very point, satisfying all the wishes of our whole family: adults and a child.
With great pleasure I will recommend to my friends and plan the next vacation only with you!
P.S. for a family with kids, I confidently recommend our hotel in Hurghada, the Albatross chain, Aqua Park!

Много лет являлись клиентами компании Sletaem.by и все было отлично от начала оформления и до окончания тура. Приятным бонусом было предоставление скидок на каждый тур как постоянным клиентам. Но последний раз не понравилось просто все. Обращаясь с готовым туром, который всегда выбираешь сам, а вам его нужно только оформить, точно не ждешь замечаний менеджера Анны по поводу что мы пишем в мессенджере, а не звоним - это же быстрее. Если у вас есть возможность для связи в виде мессенджера, социальной сети или онлайн-формы на сайте, я в праве выбрать наиболее удобный для себя способ. Если вы не хотите их использовать, значит уберите их. Так же нам сказали, что к сожалению скидку не предоставят, сложные времена. Ну и так же решение всех текущих вопросов было тоже на низком уровне.
Хорошо, что есть более клиентоориентированные компании, чьими услугами мы теперь и пользуемся.

Обсудили по телефону неплохой тур для троих (два взрослых и один ребенок). По приезде в офис узнаю, что тур был на самом деле для двоих. Кроме того, его уже нет на эту дату - перекупили другие клиенты. Хотя за 15 минут до этого мне позвонили и сказали, что ждут меня в офисе. И ни слова про то, что тур уже выкуплен.
Спрашивается - для чего тратить личное время потенциального клиента? Надо было сразу сказать: тур для двоих и он уже куплен другими. Нет же, мне пришлось ехать через весь город, хотя за это время я мог бы найти другие варианты в другом, более толковом агентстве.

Хочу выразить благодарность и уважение компании Sletaem.by. На что хотелось бы обратить внимание, так это на оперативность и отличную работу этой компании. Также хотел остановиться на удобном месторасположении. Агентство находится между тремя линиями метро (трудностей доехать не было). Специалист Дарья подобрала нам отличный тур в ОАЭ в соответствии с нашим бюджетом: отель Fairmont Ajman, с 25.10 по 04.11, все включено. Дарья рассказала нам все плюсы и минусы отеля, расстояние до Дубай . Отель прекрасный , большой номер с панорамными окнами , питание хорошее , пляж небольшой , но ухоженный. Дарья всегда была на связи с нами и всегда с улыбкой , что очень приятно ) Благодарю слетаем бай и прекрасную Дарью за з подход и профессионализм , обязательно советую всем своим знакомым, наша мама уже от Вас слетала в Египет и тоже довольна. )
