Clean, spacious, friendly, but very modest. We lived in a suite with a balcony with a great view of the beautifully decorated New Year's Avenue! The hotel has a restaurant with a varied and delicious menu (but with a very long wait). The beds are loose and creaking, the pillows are just "wooden".
The only big advantage of the hotel is its location: all the main attractions and museums are nearby. Our room was a two-room junior suite: large, freshly renovated, new furniture, but for some reason there was a strong smell of non-residential premises, especially in the bedroom. There is air conditioning, refrigerator, hair dryer. There are no water coolers. To my question, the receptionist replied that they drink tap water.....Minuses: 1) gray, washed, hard towels. We've been to different hotels, but this is the first time.....2) In the evening we wanted to take a shower, but there is no hot water.... In the morning I ask the administrator: "Do you have a problem with hot water?". He replied that they had only recently begun, they say, the CHP lowers the temperature at night. Well, you have to warn about such things!!! In the morning (at 8 o'clock), I also had to wash with cool water. In general, it will do for 1-2 nights, but there was a desire to leave as soon as possible.
A very beautiful building in the center of Polotsk. A good restaurant. Near the hotel you can see the sights of the city within walking distance. The room is clean. The staff is friendly.
