The hotel is located in the city center. I have often visited Sofia for work and lived here. The hotel has compact rooms. The rooms have a kettle, glasses, mugs, a mini fridge with a mini bar (if you do not want to use the mini bar, arrange at the reception and it will be picked up). Toilet rooms can be different: with a large bathtub, with a shower cabin and exotic, where the shower head is made to the wall and hangs almost directly above the toilet. The rooms on the top floor have balconies and smoking is allowed in them, but only on the balcony. At the same time, the balcony itself often eats up the area of the room. The reception staff is helpful and always ready to help. There is a cafe in the hotel building (it is open in the morning and offers buffet breakfasts and a Chinese restaurant, which, due to the pandemic, is open only for takeaway. The hotel is located between the metro stations "Serdika" and "University" (the real name is a bit long). There is a BILLA store next to the hotel, and you can also find many restaurants. That's why 4 points, not 5: room cleaning is extremely irregular, sometimes you have to take out the garbage yourself, which was not the case last time when you checked into this hotel.
