In December 2022, my sister asked me to hand over her HONOR 50 phone to replace the screen. The phone was accepted without any documents, i.e. on trust - we gave them the phone, they gave us their "honest" word. The word turned out to be dishonest. Slava, the "master", scratched the phone case when replacing the screen, did not immediately recognize his jamb, but after an urgent request, he nevertheless agreed that it was he who made poor-quality repairs. They were offered two options for correcting the situation: he orders a new case at his own expense or returns the cost of the case in the amount of $ 40 so that we can replace it with a more qualified service. We chose the first option (don't ask why). Slava, who is the service, assured that the new case will arrive within about months, i.e. at the end of January it will be possible to bring the phone and it will be replaced. And then the carnival started!
Both my sister and I have been calling the "glorious" service to "glorious" Slava from numerous numbers of our relatives and work colleagues since the beginning of February, and we were constantly answered either by some girl or a young man who, stammering, tried to assure us that Slava was on vacation (from January to the end of March!) either he's out and he'll be back tomorrow. Moreover, when a female voice said that Glory would be tomorrow, Slavin's "accomplice" the next day seriously claimed that glory was on vacation. It's actually so ridiculous and so low that it just doesn't make sense to evaluate the activities of these people. Figures who, for a conditional 100 rubles, agree to trash their reputation, do not have the right to provide any services to other people. The cherry on the cake is the response of this sharaga to one of the negative reviews about their work, when slava is seriously offended that a person immediately wrote a negative review, and did not try to contact him to resolve the issue. And how can I contact you, "nice service", if you run from customers like hares?
In short, people, run away from these crooks, save time and money. I highly recommend it!
