Slava, the "master", scratched the phone case when replacing the screen, did not immediately recognize his jamb, but after an urgent request, he nevertheless agreed that it was he who made poor-quality repairs. They were offered two options for correcting the situation: he orders a new case at his own expense or returns the cost of the case in the amount of $ 40 so that we can replace it with a more qualified service. We chose the first option (don't ask why). Slava, who is the service, assured that the new case will arrive within about months, i.e. at the end of January it will be possible to bring the phone and it will be replaced. And then the carnival started!
Both my sister and I have been calling the "glorious" service to "glorious" Slava from numerous numbers of our relatives and work colleagues since the beginning of February, and we were constantly answered either by some girl or a young man who, stammering, tried to assure us that Slava was on vacation (from January to the end of March!) either he's out and he'll be back tomorrow. Moreover, when a female voice said that Glory would be tomorrow, Slavin's "accomplice" the next day seriously claimed that glory was on vacation. It's actually so ridiculous and so low that it just doesn't make sense to evaluate the activities of these people. Figures who, for a conditional 100 rubles, agree to trash their reputation, do not have the right to provide any services to other people. The cherry on the cake is the response of this sharaga to one of the negative reviews about their work, when slava is seriously offended that a person immediately wrote a negative review, and did not try to contact him to resolve the issue. And how can I contact you, "nice service", if you run from customers like hares?

This review is supplemented due to the fact that after the publication of this review on March 16, 2021, their official response was given to me under the review in the comments (which was suddenly deleted after a while).In which they accused me that my laptop, they say, was lying at my house for an unknown amount of time before they had it repaired (to which I replied that it was not lying but worked perfectly well, but after it was in their hands for repair, it was really cleaned and lying in a drawer of the chest of drawers, since it just became it is impossible to use), a claim was also written to me that the laptop had been diagnosed or repaired at another service center before getting to them, to which I replied to them the laptop got into their first hands at no other service center it was not diagnosed (the laptop had one single one since purchase in 2011 repair in the summer of 2014, there was also a replacement of the north bridge in the service center of Minsk, which I informed them about and after that the laptop worked perfectly until January 2021.), I was also accused of contacting them with the identified problems three weeks after the repair, although they themselves said that the warranty period for the repair carried out 4 months (I did not immediately return to you because at that moment my wife was lying in the hospital and it was necessary to solve more important, priority issues and prepare for the discharge of my wife and child.Knowing that you verbally gave a 4-month warranty for the repairs carried out, I postponed my visit to you.At the first opportunity, I then turned to you). Or do they bring you exceptionally serviceable equipment that works perfectly and does not need repair at all?Well, now let's get to the main thing.Maybe someone will need this information.I will immediately write that I treated my laptop carefully and carefully (since they also wrote a claim in the official response, saying it is unknown who and how handled the laptop before and after repair from them). According to my feelings, the reason for the breakdown was the failure of the severny bridge (why I assumed that the reason for the breakdown was the failure of the severny bridge, you ask.I will answer that all the symptoms were one in one, as in 2014, when the severny bridge also failed).The laptop was given to the "Glorious Service" for diagnosis, where, after diagnosis, they confirmed the cause of the failure of the severny bridge and offered a replacement for a new one for 250 bel.rub (95 CU).They said they ordered a new part from Ukraine.Three weeks later, the part was replaced with a new one (now I even doubt whether the north bridge was actually replaced with a new north bridge or a similar used one was used).And after the repair, I did not recognize my laptop, it began to work as it had never worked before.It began to freeze so that it does not respond to any mouse control, makes strange sounds from the laptop speaker, turns on and off for a very, very long time, there were such lags and glitches that it is impossible to use it.I turned back to the "Glorious Service" and described what was happening.Before the repair, the laptop always worked great.There he immediately told me that my hard drive was failing .They tested my hard drive with a computer program, sent me a photo of this test on Viber and told me that I needed to change the hard drive.Although the program itself shows that the health level of the hard disk is 76 percent, which corresponds to the indicator well, and the program itself writes that replacing the hard disk is not required at the moment.However, I was told that if the HDD's health level is below 80 percent, it needs to be changed.They offered to replace it on a paid basis for 150 rubles.It was not suggested that, in your presence, we now put a similar hard drive in the laptop and see how the laptop will behave in operation.But I think that the problem lies in poorly performed repairs and maybe my hard drive was dropped during the repair or the new north bridge was poorly soldered (if there was a replacement for a new chip at all or a used similar chip was used, different thoughts come into my head) or any other damage was caused during the repair.In general, I paid 250 bel.rub for repairs. in return, I received a non-secure laptop.There are a lot of unanswered questions.Why was the laptop not checked after repair?And if they did, why didn't they identify the problem?I turned on my laptop for the first time at home after repair and immediately noticed deviations in the work.It was simply impossible to miss it!Either after the repair, there was no check of the laptop in operation, or they wanted to hide the problems that arose in the laptop.Because they were not voiced.How can a laptop with such problems be given to a customer after repair?I also note that no contract is concluded for the repair of equipment, everything is only in words, no warranty sheet is issued for the repairs carried out, again, everything is only in words.It's good that at least the cash receipt is punched and handed out.They also have a banner in the building where their workshop is located that says that their prices are low, which is not true (but this is not the main thing, I agreed to pay 95 cu. but I expected to receive high-quality repairs in return I received a laptop with a disability).
