On February 9, a silver amber bracelet was purchased. On February 13, one of the amber inserts fell out. When contacting the store where the purchase was made, with a request to sort it out, we received a refusal. The sellers referred to the fact that this is not a warranty case, and the loss of the insert is not a manufacturing defect. "Maybe you treated him incorrectly, that's why the amber fell out.
