On 12/27/2023, we signed a contract for the installation of an intercom in the entrance and, accordingly, tubes in each apartment. they started installing the tubes only in February 2024. Without installing tubes for all apartments, they just took the door to the entrance and that's it. With each call with a question, and when the tubes are installed in the apartments, they are fed breakfast, the operator girl just hung up on the next call. The month of April, there is still no pipe, you have to go down every time to open the door to the entrance when someone comes.
They always feed them with promises that they do not fulfill, they transfer everything to a "week"
But in the end, they won't do it in two weeks, if possible, contact another company, just not here

I absolutely do not understand where the negative reviews came from. The story is this: 2 chips were needed. We arrived at the nearest manufacturing workshop, the price is 14 rubles per piece. Well ok. We come to pick it up, but we didn't make the chip, because one sector is encoded there or something like that. Go there, they say: They will make you there for 17 rubles. Mg... I come home, I look at the sticker above the "lock" of the entrance door to the entrance. I dial the number, a very polite girl picks up the phone on the second ring, accepts an application for 2 chips. Iiiiiii, after 4 hours, 2 new chips and a contract are brought to my house (by prior call and agreement). The cost is simply included in the fat. Isn't that a lot of nonsense?)))))
