The organization of recreation conditions at an excellent level. Spacious rooms with air conditioning, refrigerator, furniture, TV, bathroom. Balcony with sea view
Friendly staff. The linen is boiling white and towels. They change in five days.
Three meals a day, a balanced menu, a variety of products.
The minibus takes you to the sea and back.
The location of the boarding house is very convenient — near the monastery, Stalin's cottage, the market, the sea 15 minutes on foot.
We will definitely return to rest only here!!!

Despite the bans on smoking on balconies, despite the threats of fines, absolutely everyone smokes!We lived for 10 days, fell asleep and woke up like in an ashtray. The hotel administration doesn't care about it. The kitchen is cool, the staff is friendly! The pool is always clean, well-groomed, it is clear that not a little has been invested in the cleaning system!👍 own parking lot, behind the barrier!👍 It's not 10 minutes to the sea!!!😂 But life is in motion!:)

The price does not match the quality.the room has everything, but it's so untidy.we had a room with access to the balcony, so you can put your finger under the door leading to the balcony, respectively, bedbugs penetrated through this crack into the light.there was a heated pool in the application, it was really heated one day to the desired temperature on the other days it was not

The service is "below the baseboard" even for Abkhazia.
The story on the booking services about 600m to the sea is a hoax. This is if you draw a straight line on the map. On the road with a slight slope - about 2 km. There is a shorter path through the monastery territory, but with a large slope and along the stone paving stones.
Breakfast in the hotel, included in the room, is extremely scarce: They consist of porridge and pancake / egg/ casserole for 2022. At the same time, food must be waited for, it is taken out in a minimum amount. During the three days of my stay, I saw complaints about cooks for their boorish attitude written twice, on the third day I had to write the same one myself.
Towels have not been changed for three days, even those that were left on the floor, it is not known what standards the hotel has.
The TV did not work in the room, on the second day the receptionist informed that TV is an option, they charge for accommodation, so you should not expect it to be repaired.
At the same time, the photos posted on the sites correspond to reality, the rooms are still clean and not broken, the pool is clean, heated.
But there are still such photos.... The central staircase to the second floor and the vase at the reception.
I do not recommend this hotel primarily because of the staff

A bedbug - in the truest sense of the word. A breeding ground for marble bedbugs - huge, terrible reaching up to 2 centimeters, they climb there from all the cracks. According to the Administrator, bedbugs all over Abkhazia have not seen a single one during the whole week of rest, except in this barn. Don't get fooled by photos and videos, everything in Photoshop is exaggerated and embellished.
The rooms are dirty, the robes are torn and stained. Besides that, it's also cold! We vacuumed and collected these bugs ourselves, but it didn't help in any way. The administrator is not competent, does not know how to solve and resolve issues, speaks in memorized phrases (hiding behind the leadership in Moscow). Terrible attitude towards the guests. We settled in on January 1-all the holidays were ruined by this barn, we fled from there flashing our heels, barely got our money back. Everyone is in tears. While we were standing at the reception, we asked all the guests - as a result, bedbugs are in absolutely all rooms, cottages, chalets, etc. how people rest there remains a mystery. They are sitting outside in gazebos.
Only collecting money , without the desire to provide a comfortable stay.
Minus 100 to the recommendations, and the cost of housing is not small.

We had a vacation in Abkhazia in New Athos in August 2022. We stayed at the Sky Terra Hotel. There is only a negative review about the hotel itself. In the declared buffet, the most negative emotions. It looks like they haven't even heard what a buffet is here. There is no variety in the choice of food, as well as the food itself. Every time I had to beg for something edible to be put in. Flies were just swarming on the tables. To comments about this, I was told that the vacationers themselves are to blame, because they do not close the doors. There are no napkins on the tables or they are in short supply. If you do not want to eat from the same plate with flies, I do not advise you to stop there.

The photo of the room corresponds, the new room is cold, it is only heated by a conditioner, but it dries the air... They asked for a blanket. There is no water in the room and you can't buy it only when the dining room is open, so take it with you.
We got there ourselves, it turned out to go uphill and not a little, so if there are a lot of things, first take a taxi. And then you can walk quietly, but always from the mountain and uphill.
There is not much in front of the hotel, somehow it is not well-maintained, metal frames from the flyers and garages opposite.
The advantages are that they lived high and the dawn is beautifully visible/sunset, near the monastery and Stalin's cottage.

We didn't like Otel bad. 1) the rooms are very poorly cleaned and there is 1 cleaner for the whole building 2) Wi-Fi works only for android owners, those with iPhones work poorly in the corridor because of cheap routers 3) Half of the air conditioners do not work, I had to move 2 times 4) The food in the dining room is tasteless if you are traveling with a child, then he most likely has it It won't happen!!! 5) The hotel is located between 2 attractions and there are always a lot of tourists passing by on the street! These are all cons! There are a lot of cats walking on the territory + or- it's up to you. +) a very kind driver who takes you to the sea in the morning, afternoon and evening. As a result, we were not satisfied with this hotel
