I want to thank the wonderful hotel, the owner, the administration and the staff!
The young man and I rested for a week (September 2023) , we are from St. Petersburg
First of all, I note that the hotel is located on a mountain , beautiful view , the territory is small but cozy . The main thing is quiet here, there are no sounds of cars and noise in general, the pool is clean, there is a toilet nearby!) It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the sea , it's harder to climb back up the hill)
For this purpose, a transfer is provided, which takes you to the sea at a certain time and brings you back to the hotel (for families with children and the elderly, just right)
2. Everything is perfect about cleanliness, there are no complaints. Towels are changed , linen too
There are no streaks on the floor , the bathrooms are sparkling
3. The receptionists are polite and considerate!
Ilaria took us in before check-in, we were tired, she quickly checked us out and took us to the room
Alexandra always answered all the necessary questions with a smile
Ekaterina came to the rescue with the necessary medicines at 3 a.m. on the first call
4. Restaurant (breakfast , lunch , dinner at a certain time). The waiters are polite, know the structure of the dishes, make a check-back . The bartender always lifts the mood not only with a drink (as in St. Petersburg restaurants, which I was pleasantly surprised by), but also with a good sense of humor!
The only thing I would like to wish the restaurant :
- do not bring food to one person in the company (not right , one eats , others watch)
- do not bring hot food when soup or salad has not yet been served (you are serving according to the courses)
- ask about toppings (you save a bit at the same time)
As for the price category , it is absolutely normal, the price corresponds to the quality and packaging of the dish !
Do you want to eat in canteens for 300 rubles , do you want to eat with confidence in your restaurant , in which you will not get poisoned !
In general, I recommend this place to everyone ! People here are focused on customer orientation, quality rest for every visiting guest!

Excellent service! Clean , well-maintained , modern rooms , we only have breakfast , but I can say about them - everything is fine!! Delicious , varied ! The territory of the hotel is large , very well maintained , surrounded by greenery. heated swimming pool . And the cafe is very tasty, Vika and Oksana have a separate hello !!!) many people write about San Sanych (the driver who delivers to the beach), I was not familiar with, but the people came out happy with the taxi)) Inna the administrator is an employee with a capital letter!! We visited in 2022 2 times, I really liked it! There are some minor flaws, but these are small things!!! The place is quiet, nature, birds, you live like in a botanical garden!!! The road to the sea is beautiful, walking is a pleasure!!!We're going to come back in a couple of days!!!

We arrived in Abkhazia for the first time in June 2023, and we got there very successfully!
The hotel has met our expectations!
Excellent staff, friendly!
We were accommodated in a room with a sea view, the beauty of nature is fascinating, the singing of birds and the tranquility around. We had a room on the 2nd floor of the hotel with a balcony 🔥
Daily cleaning, change of bed linen and towels!
Very convenient location of the hotel, near the New Athos Monastery, Stalin's dacha.
The hotel is located high up, but there are convenient options to get to the sea.
1. Transfer, travels 4 times a day.
2. The trail
3. Steep descent to the waterfall in the city.
Plus, the pool is on site, the water is warm and clean. The pool is serviced daily. Sun beds, umbrellas are all present for a comfortable stay.
There is a bar on site, special thanks to the chef. Amazing cuisine!!!

We stayed at this hotel in July 2022. A big company - mothers and many grown-up children.
An incredibly beautiful place in the reserve. From a fairly large heated swimming pool, you look directly at the golden domes of the New Athos Monastery. Silence, incredible beauty all around. In front of the sea through the cypresses, behind the mountains covered with incredible greenery!
Surprisingly excellent modern rooms. They clean up well and on time.
A big minus is the terrible food in the dining room, if you take it with food. But we refused on the second day and the money for the food was returned to us without any problems. But there is a cafe where the food is very tasty and inexpensive. But the trouble is - out of our 6 days, there was not a single cook (((Waiters and kitchen assistants cooked for us) but they helped themselves, they set the table and warmed their milk for breakfast)))
In general, I am very satisfied with the hotel and there is a high probability that if we return to Abkhazia, That's right here!

A cozy, neat hotel located behind the New Athos Monastery. There is a small freshwater pool on the territory, 170- 180cm deep. I have never seen how it is cleaned in 2 weeks, but the water was always clear, although sometimes various insects fell there and settled on the bottom.
The room is clean, the towels and bed linen are white, well washed. A bathrobe is also issued per person, which is convenient to go out to the pool. Wet cleaning was carried out daily, linen was changed according to schedule, without reminders. I was especially pleased with the presence of an electric kettle and a powerful hair dryer in the room. The plumbing was working properly, nothing was flowing anywhere, hot water was always running and with good pressure (room on the 2nd floor). The air conditioner did not disappoint either. The TV antenna signal was lost very often, but this was compensated by the good performance of Wi-fi.
The staff is very polite and friendly. I am always ready to help and solve any problem. Maids fly like fairies; they work quickly, deftly, and efficiently. Administrator Saria is the charm itself, she is always friendly, patient, listens with a smile and will definitely help.
There is a cafe on the outdoor terrace, the prices are average, the food is sooo delicious. It was all the more insulting to be poisoned by a chicken wing kebab, ordering it for the third time. I would like to think that periodic power outages affected the damage to the product. Apparently, the cook decided that heat treatment would eliminate the problem. But no - I spent the whole day after this "yummy" with a strange smell in the room, fortunately the child did not get it.
It is very inconvenient to eat in the cafe, because when an order is brought, the table is immediately surrounded by dogs the size of a small calf or cats with huge hungry eyes. Dogs, of course, behave decently, do not bark, but humbly wait for a bone to be thrown to them (do not offer lavash - they do not eat). But! Periodically, they begin to comb out fleas right next to the table or under it, and it's scary to pass by another wolfhound with a mouthful of healthy clacking teeth. Cats generally jump right on the table.

The hotel is located on the mountainside between Stalin's dacha and the New Athos Monastery. A large area with a good swimming pool, several buildings and bungalows. Canteen on schedule, cafe on request). They take you to and from the sea by minibus twice a day. If on your own, 20 minutes. Uphill is a little longer. The furniture in the rooms is not new. The mattresses are worn down to the springs. The lights are often turned off. There were water problems a couple of times a week. Covering roads and paths beyond good and evil. You can't take a suitcase for a ride on any wheels. There are no questions about room cleaning. The young ladies at the reception are very different in temperament. Should I take food? My experience has shown that it is optimal with breakfast. Last year I probably would have recommended it. I'm not sure about that.

I liked the hotel. The rooms are spacious. The room has a bed, a wardrobe, a refrigerator, a sofa, a coffee table and two armchairs, and another table on which there is a kettle, dishes, tea bags and 2 bottles of water. The bed is large, the linen is snow-white, changed every 3 days as well as towels. There are two dressing gowns in the closet in which it is convenient to go to the pool. The swimming pool is 5 meters from the building. The water is clean, warm. There are a lot of sun beds next to the pool, there are also umbrellas. In the evening, the backlight turns on. Working hours are from 9 to 23.
There is a restaurant with a pleasant interior on the territory of the hotel. The choice of dishes is not great, but everything is delicious. The hotel is located on the territory of Stalin's dacha, the territory is beautiful, lots of greenery. There are gazebos and a barbecue area. Near the New Athos Monastery and the abandoned Psyrtskha railway station and waterfall.
The only negative is located on the mountain. And the day for 3-4 begins to tire of going up to the hotel. But the hotel has a transfer to the sea and back twice a day, so the problem with climbing the mountain is solved.

The most important advantage of the hotel, as has been mentioned many times, is its location. There are a lot of attractions nearby: a waterfall, Stalin's dacha, Simon the Canonite grotto, incredible caves (which have a metro), a seaside hydrogen sulfide spring (although it is 6 km from the hotel, but there is a bus 3 times a day and costs 50 rubles). The girls at the reception are very good-natured, always answer any questions and help solve any problems. The girl who cleaned the rooms of Zaya (Saya) is a great smart girl and a hard worker. Guide Alkhaz, a human soul with a wonderful sense of humor! It is a pleasure to go on excursions with him, he tells a lot of interesting things about the traditions of Abkhazia, about culture and history. We really didn't like breakfast at the hotel. There was only white bread (it's the same brick everywhere and to be honest it's not very tasty), boiled sausage and with fat, cheese, there were good pancakes, sometimes dumplings, coleslaw, corn, green peas... there was not enough black bread ..))Unfortunately, eggs were very rarely given, about 1 time a week. As a result, we had breakfast in a cafe by the river Ptsyrsha. It is next to the Grotto of the Apostle of Christ Simon the Canonite. Walking 10-15 minutes in the morning past the monastery down the hill was worth it. Delicious Caucasian fried eggs for 150 rubles or an Armenian breakfast (lavash with cheese, ham and tomatoes) for 170 rubles in a cafe above a mountain river.. It's not forgettable. In this cafe, even on the hottest day, there is a coolness from the mountain river. We had lunch quite often at the cafe "delicious like mom's." It is located not far from the entrance to the park, which is on the side of the monastery. A very tasty barbecue in the cafe "by the sea". If you stand with your back to the park and face the sea, it is located about 100 m to the left right on the coast. I do not advise you to visit the cafe in the three sycamores park, either they do not wash the dishes well, or they store the products somehow incorrectly, but I felt very bad after their meal…We have never used the transfer to the sea. We were pleased (most of the time)) walking the path of sinners. This is a very good warm-up, especially uphill after a hearty lunch or dinner. Moreover, we have found a way to cut the road along the path of sinners if we cross it on the grass. The hotel also has an excellent swimming pool with a view of the monastery (it is heated in cool weather). We are people spoiled by the Turkish all inclusive, but when coming to Abkhazia, it is not necessary to turn a blind eye to some things (the lack of toilets in the cafe is a separate business in Abkhazia, to the devastation and traces of war). We must accept Abkhazia for what it is, we must look at its beauties, not its flaws, enjoy its frenzied energy, its open, good-natured inhabitants, and Abkhazians are really people with a broad soul. As they say, Abkhazia is a brother and a friend.. not the servants. It is impossible not to fall in love with Abkhazia. It is also impossible not to fall in love with this hotel. We had a rest in June 2023. I liked the hotel, it is located on the mountain between the New Athos Monastery and Stalin's dacha. We woke up and fell asleep to the sound of bells. There is a heated swimming pool. In the evenings, we enjoyed swimming in it. It takes 15-20 minutes on foot to the sea. There is a shuttle service to the sea, at 10.00 and 15.00. The staff is very helpful. Saria's manager is great. There was a problem with the room, the next day I moved to another one, which was even better. Cleaning was done every day. Marina cleaned our place, she cleaned it very well. But I didn't like the breakfasts. In the beginning, they were pre-ordered, good ones. And then, according to the availability, there was almost no choice and some store-bought dishes. There is a bar, though. It has a very decent menu. You can have lunch and dinner. In general, the hotel left a lot of positive emotions. I recommend

Great hotel!!! The best of those that we have seen in Abkhazia. We had a rest in June 2023. Room on the 3rd floor with a view of the Monastery. The room stock is new. Furniture, appliances - everything is new and in excellent condition. There is a heated swimming pool on site. We would like to share our impressions of our stay at your hotel again
For more than a year we dreamed of returning to our beloved Abkhazia and to your wonderful hotel!
We were very pleasantly surprised by the changes, it is clear that you are working to improve the service and equipment of the hotel!
We had two rooms. One like last year with a balcony and sea view is just as comfortable, and there was your new standard room with a view of the Monastery. Here I lived in it, so cool, better than in the photo! It's huge, simple, bright, the bed is super comfortable, everything is whole, the appliances are working, everything is clean and this room is always very quiet and peaceful! And what a stunning view from the window of the Monastery!

Five stars in small advance. In fact, the hotel is wonderful. The territory pleases (despite the cats and dogs). There are traces of unfinished repairs everywhere, the hotel is in the process. But this did not interfere with the rest.
The pool is great, straight fresh milk (especially for frozen fish). The food for me, as a non-picky person, was excellent (buffet, if anything, breakfast and dinner). For those who are used to Turkish luxury, it will be sad.
Sea transfers are not the most convenient. At least I would add two transfers (immediately after breakfast, at 8-30, and at 16 after lunch)
The prices are quite biting. In June, 8t.p. a day breakfast dinner for three (IMHO it is very expensive to charge the same amount for dinner for a child of 5 years old as for an adult).
It is a pity that the beauty of the pool overlooking the monastery is being built up with some kind of household building, or kitchen)
Overall, we liked it.

Vacations together with his wife from June 19 to 24, 2022. The location of the hotel can be said to be unique - between the New Athos Monastery and the Stalinist dacha. Magical nature, a riot of greenery, mountains with peaks shrouded in clouds, a view from the balcony to the endless turquoise sea. The main sights of New Athos are within walking distance. The hotel is good "at a minimum." Several 2-storey buildings, they look modern from the outside, inside there is a corridor system (I immediately remembered the student dormitory). The room is spacious enough with a balcony, two beds, a chair, the beds are stylishly bolted to the wall by a rack-and-pinion drawer, acting as either a bedside table or shelves. There is a TV, hairdryer, toilet, shower, generally the minimum is done. During the whole time, the room was not cleaned once, once I went to the maid myself and changed the towels. Nutrition is a separate topic. As I understand it, the buffet concept has started working in the hotel since this season. There are 2 people working in the kitchen (this is not a joke, really 2 people, the cook is an older woman, and a local girl). They cook well, but only those who came first have time to eat. There is a nice, warm, clean swimming pool with a sufficient number of sun beds, hammocks and umbrellas. There were 2 girls alternately at the reception. When you communicate with them, you get the feeling that you are a poor relative who decided to stop by the "Hospitable Muscovites" on the way. That's how it is. Draw your own conclusions.

For mountain lovers and connoisseurs of silence, the place of the hotel is gorgeous. The room was disgusting. (Number 15) Laminate flooring needs to be replaced, the bathroom smells of sewage, mold on the walls and corners. There is no shelf for soap or shampoo in the shower. Put it on the floor with mold. Mold also sticks out of the air conditioner, and the blinds are well visible during operation. The chandelier is glued to the stretch ceiling with adhesive tape, which begins to peel off at night with a terrible sound when there is a draft.
As for the food, they cook quite tasty, but the price tag is too high.
The pool is beautiful, but it is not cleaned during the day from insects, of which there are many in the evening and it becomes uncomfortable to swim.
The staff is polite. Smiling.
The distance to the Sea did not bother. We knew that we would not live by the water. We didn't use the transfer, we walked.
In general, if it were not for a bad room, the impression would be much better.

After waiting for the next vacation, it became clear that the forces had disappeared and I really wanted to go to the sea. The choice fell on Abkhazia, which my family and I loved. When looking at numerous hotels (SkyTerra Park was the first on the list) I realized that SkyTerra Park will be our vacation spot. It is located on the territory of the state.cottages in New Athos.
1. The territory:
This is an incredible place. If you stand with your back to the sea, then on the left the hotel is bordered by a common fence with the New Athos Monastery, in front of you will be the most magnificent view of the mountains, on your right will be Stalin's Cottage, it is not visible, but it takes a maximum of five minutes to walk to it. The hotel is located on a hill, so the views are incredible.
There is also a heated swimming pool with a size of 12.5 by 7 meters on the territory
There is a restaurant next to the pool. And four toilets, with maximum comfort (there is an air conditioner in each toilet), always clean, that's just always.
2. The hotel:
We arrived late at night (around one o'clock in the morning), the most beautiful receptionist Alexandra greeted us as befits with a smile and joy on her face, I remind you that it was night. She settled us as quickly as possible, and told us where and how. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the administrators Alexandra, Saria and Ilaria. Our daughter still remembers you.
A new hotel with beautiful rooms and various buildings. At the moment there are 3 buildings (the main one, where the reception is, Wooden houses and another building closer to the mountain) We lived in the main house. It consists of 3 floors. Because there were three of us, my spouse and I and the child, we were given a standard room with an extra bed (this is a spacious sofa for a child) for us, the spouse has an incredible 2-bedroom bed, perhaps with the best mattress. It was as comfortable as possible to sleep. The room also has air conditioning, a TV, a refrigerator and a minimum set of dishes and a kettle. We were given bed linen, three large and three small towels, as well as 2 white bathrobes and slippers. The linen was changed 1 time in 3 days. Wet cleaning of the room took place every day. And I also want to express my great gratitude to the cleaning staff, they did their job 100%. Toilet room: shower and toilet are combined, there is also a water heater hanging. There is enough for three people, the liter is large, I can make a mistake, but there are definitely 60-70 liters there. Mineral water flows from the tap, as well as mineral water springs throughout the territory. To say how much of this water we drank raw is not to say anything. We drank it all the time, all three of us, and nothing happened to us.
3. The restaurant.
Our food was not included, this is our choice. They didn't want to be tied to the hotel. but! It was just an amazing restaurant. The price tag in the restaurant is affordable, corresponds to the quality by 100%. We tried everything there. As for the restaurant staff, the chef, the kitchen staff, the bartender Misha, the restaurant staff David, Elena and Johnny, these are the best staff that could be found. The service level is not 100%, but the whole 1000%. I bow low to you
4. Swimming pool.
The pool was open until 23.00. The water was always as clean as possible, and some insects flew into it, but this must be understood, the outdoor pool at the foot of the mountains. Of course, someone will fly in there. The cleaning system handled it perfectly, plus the pool was cleaned every night.
5. The sea.
Yes, it's not 5 minutes away. There are two ways to get to it:
The first and most comfortable is a transfer to the sea 2 times a day. The kind San Sanych will take a Sprinter to Mercedes and pick him up.
The second option is to walk on foot, yes, along the very ladder of sinners that leads to the monastery, but believe me, this is the first time it's hard, then it's okay. And no one has canceled hiking. Our 6-year-old child perfectly overcame this path without squeaking once.
The sea is very very clean, the beach is pebbly, so take shoes like crocs, your feet will say thank you.
6 Results:
We had a rest from September 1st to 9th.
We will definitely return to SkyTerra Park.
So we will definitely come back here in August next year

Great hotel. We are resting in it now. The two- room room is large. The child is in a separate room. I was very pleased with this, that I slept on a large bed and not on a euro cot. The breakfasts are excellent. Everything is delicious. There is a bar where you can eat delicious food. The dishes on the grill are generally the highest rating, such a delicious barbecue has not been eaten anywhere. There is a shuttle service to the sea, a gorgeous pool and a view of the monastery. Excellent!

The view from the balcony to the sea is simply mesmerizing!
A wonderful place! The helpful staff and the super host, whom we met on the first day of our stay, and were friends until the last!
All requests and wishes are fulfilled immediately and with a smile! Good cuisine, reasonable prices. A large pleasant area.
The pool in the hotel is cleaned regularly and very responsibly - we observed it ourselves!))

We had a rest at the end of May. The hotel is located on a mountain, next to the monastery, 5 minutes from Stalin's dacha. They did not find it immediately, because there are no identifying inscriptions with the name of the hotel, you need to enter the gate with the inscription "State cottage". It's a pretty long road to the sea, but there is a transfer from the hotel, we didn't use it, I can't say anything. The sights are all nearby, convenient for sightseeing. The rooms and the hotel itself are very modest, but we did not expect any frills, the main thing is beautiful nature, birdsong, excellent sea views. Strangely, the beds in the room were made of iron, although they look wooden in the photo. The mattresses are either too soft or just fell into disrepair, it is unclear, the pillows are also tired, but in the corridor of one floor everything was filled with new furniture and mattresses, so I think it will be updated by the season and everything will be OK. We took breakfast once on the menu, the food itself is delicious, without complaints, but the dining room looks very depressing and does not have a meal, dark interior, long wooden tables and benches with tablecloths from Soviet times (just like in a monastery :). As a result, we ate in a very pleasant cafe Azikh by the waterfall, I highly recommend it! I liked the pool 100%, clean, the heating is excellent, the pool area is pleasant with a gorgeous view, but they do not give out towels for the pool and beach, they are paid, you can take them for 100 rubles. There is assistance in organizing excursions. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. It is clear that the hotel is developing, improving, we will definitely come back to the renovated one!

We were on vacation at the end of August 2023. The hotel is good, there are shoals in the form of already dilapidated furniture, outdated repairs and appliances, this somewhat spoils the image of the place of stay. The staff is friendly and kind, ready to answer all your questions and suggest something. The restaurant is wonderful, everything is very tasty, the service is excellent, it's really expensive, but that's why it's a restaurant, especially since the hotel is located in the mountains and there are no other places to eat nearby, you have to go down for this. Breakfast costs 700 rubles: porridge, omelet/scramble, waffles/cheesecakes, cheese/sausage, water/coffee/tea/juice. I do not know who such a giant breakfast is designed for, we ate it for three (we are thin). It's frustrating that you can't give up something in order to pay less and not stuff food into yourself.
The most gigantic minus is the descent / ascent to the beach (for this I take off one star), despite the available transfer (goes twice a day: to the beach - 10, 15, from the beach - 12:50, 17:50; the driver is his man, he will tell everything, show everything, if everything is not they will fit, they will definitely come back for you). Wonderful hotel, excellent service. I want to express my huge thanks to Inna and Saria, wonderful, responsible girls. They do their job with a soul, help and support in everything. Despite the bad weather, we spent the whole vacation swimming in the pool, walking around picturesque places. It is better to eat at the hotel, the food is excellent, everything boiled is suitable for children and adults. Soups, porridges every day. We went down 2 times, it was bad all 2 times. Diarrhea or vomiting.
The room has waffle bathrobes, towels, slippers. Wet cleaning every day. Everything is very clean and cozy. Thank you very much, the maid SAI is very friendly and helps in case of need.

The food in the local cafe is not expensive, there are hookahs, delicious beer (take a can, we liked Sukhumi), a steep deep pool. The hotel is located about half an hour from the sea, the green area leaves a pleasant impression, the food is normal, but a little monotonous, although they took a buffet, we advise you not to take lunches, you can have lunch in canteens and cafes closer to the sea, we advise you not to swallow water at sea, rotovirus rages all season or stock up on activated carbon. The room was cool with a sea view, a huge, sturdy bed, TV, Internet, toilet and shower, there was a table and a couple of chairs on the balcony and the most important thing in the room was air conditioning! The room was equipped with a refrigerator, a kettle and a tea pair, upset by the rare cleaning of the rooms (once every 3 days). We turned to the guide Alkhaz, we were satisfied with his responsiveness and pleasant attitude. Be prepared to meet animals on the street, there are a lot of cats and dogs, even though they are being chased, they still come.

The only advantage of this hotel is the beautiful view. It is located on a mountain directly to the monastery, because with children it is quite problematic to descend / ascend the mountain.
The food is not tasty, it's the same every day (they only took breakfast, but it would be better not to take it at all). There is a smell of food in the dining room, it is stuffy.
The room was not cleaned once during our 5 nights, not even the trash was taken out. The bed linen was not changed, although it was stated every 3 days.
At the same time, upon check-in, they take a deposit of 2000 rubles. and a whole list of what they can charge for damage.
If I'm in Abkhazia, I'll try another hotel, although maybe they all have this approach, because this one was recommended as one of the best.
Friends, if you want to receive something, you should at least invest in the service.

The rooms were cleaned daily, we had a change of linen every 3 days. The staff is friendly, coming to the rescue on 1 call. I asked for bedside tables in the room (they were not about check-in) immediately put. They were settled before the time of settlement. Thanks! ☺
The cafe at the hotel is gorgeous, the prices are normal (the grilled vegetables portion was very small, I do not recommend it), the barbecue was simply amazing. Take it, you won't regret it!
What a cool pool! The view of the mountain is always warm, always clean, in the evening the touching backlight works even until 23 o'clock!
The ringing of bells and the singing birds on the mountain are beautiful. We had a room with a view of the domes. 🙌

The climb is just tin! The taxi from the hotel is 250, the bombers ask for 400! Adjust to the transfer. The hotel would recommend arranging 3 transfers per day. In the evening after 6 I want to take a walk in the park of Mount Athos, but then I don't want to go up to the hotel. And the bus from the hotel no longer runs.

A beautiful view of the sea, next to the Novo-Athos Monastery on one side, and Stalin's state house on the other, we visited both places. The hotel is located on a hill, so it is not a pleasure for everyone to climb to it in the heat. We rested at this hotel from 06/13/12.-24.06.22. Of the advantages are the territory and a spacious room. The food is a "typical" buffet. He came in later and left hungry. It is better to book without food at all. It is better and tastier in canteens and cafes in the city. The owner is a boor!!! We tried to communicate with him, so he said that we didn't like changing the hotel. The cleaning was done for the first time on the 6th day, upon request!!! The maids allegedly quit and there is no one to clean!! Thanks to the woman who cleans the area. By the end of the vacation, they cleaned two more times. Upon arrival, it was immediately annoying that they took 2000 thousand.deposit and said that there was a fine for damage to property and the destruction of dishes!!!! This is instead of welcoming words! So, you decide for yourself. We will definitely not return to this hotel unless the owner changes!!!!

The hotel is located next to the monastery, on the mountain. Excellent heated swimming pool. Friendly receptionists at the reception. The territory is being renovated. If you're lucky, there are rooms without renovation, although the price does not differ from those presented on the hotel's website. We originally booked the standard (2nd floor), but it sucked. We were lucky that a comfort room with a balcony was available (3rd building where the reception is) it turned out to be a nice spacious room, according to the photo on the website and we paid extra for it. Meals were not paid for. You can have breakfast in the cafe at the hotel, but the choice of dishes is small. In general, everything is not bad.

Upon arrival, we were greeted very hospitably , everything was explained in detail , and we were escorted to our room . Our standard room is the 3rd floor. Big , clean , everything works, excellent Internet connection. A comfortable large bed. The domes of the New Athos Monastery are visible from the window. Iverskaya Mountain, where the Anakopian fortress is located. The air, the views are amazing. Great pool, with really warm water. Wet cleaning in the room every day.They only took breakfast . They didn 't regret it . We woke up calmly , swam in the pool , had breakfast and hit the road . For breakfast: porridge (different every day), omelette , edible sausages , tribes , cottage cheese dish , cabbage salad. Condensed milk , butter , jam , sour cream, ordinary fruits . I recommend breakfast! The descent from the mountain takes 7-10 minutes. It 's further to the sea . Rise 13-17min . We chose a white beach for ourselves . We had lunch at the cafe "Delicious like mom's" and in the dining room number 1. You can have lunch for two for both 600 and 1500rubles, who prefers what . I'll go back to the hotel. The highlight for me is the silence , the air . Among the advantages : staff , room amenities , swimming pool . I didn 't see any disadvantages . The only thing is, we rested during the rainy season, there is nowhere to dry wet clothes. Since the drying racks are outside the window , on the street . Bottom line ; who needs natural beauty , exoticism , tranquility -here . But for those who find it difficult or do not want to climb the mountain, not here . The hotel is located on the territory of the state cottage, a beautiful place. The service is at a very low level. We had a vacation with two children for 3 years. The first day we stayed in a wooden house for 7,100rubles, the floors were dirty, the towels were stale. There were no towels for the pool (and even if there were, they were paid). The breakfasts are meager (porridge, cheap sausages, 1/2 pancakes, tea, coffee, smelly cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes-if you did not come early in the morning, then you will be content with what is left) We paid extra for two children 3 years old 600₽ breakfast (it would be better to eat elsewhere) There are ants in the sugar bowl, coffee/tea are the cheapest. The next day we moved into the main building (room cleaning was no better-there is a photo before / after where the burst balloon was left hanging on a spider web under the bed) Towels are just a disaster, you need to beg for a towel to be changed at least for your feet, the day of arrival does not count, towels are changed every 4 days, the garbage was only taken out daily. The owner himself probably doesn't really care that the hotel is a mess. We will never stop here again!🚫
