The hotel left the most pleasant impression🤩
It is located in such a beautiful place, next to the monastery.
The territory of the hotel itself is landscaped, flowers, palm trees, shrubs.... Very clean.
Lovely restaurant: we had breakfast included, always delicious and varied. Beautiful furnishings, beautiful dishes, polite waiters. By the way, we had dinner at this restaurant more than once, and came to the conclusion that here is the most delicious khachapur of those that we tried in New Athos. And in general, all the food we ordered was very tasty and with excellent serving. It's so nice when the chef is not just a professional, but also loves his job! There are buildings with rooms on the territory, but we wanted to stay in a small cottage.
There is everything for comfort: a large bed with snow-white linen, soft bathrobes, a refrigerator, a kettle, dishes, air conditioning. A good bathroom. By the way, the linen is changed every three days. There is even a small terrace with a table, a sofa and an armchair.
And there is also a full-fledged warm swimming pool in which you can swim. There are sun loungers nearby. In the evening, the pool is illuminated, beautiful lanterns, music....
There is Parking for guests' cars.
Yes, the hotel is far from the city. And high) Therefore, there is no noise, the air is clean.

A good hotel, one of the advantages is a cafe within walking distance, a warm swimming pool, a gorgeous view around the hotel. The rooms are spacious, they are cleaned well, a small inconvenience is that in rooms without a balcony there is a dryer outside the window and it is small. In general, the hotel is quite decent for Abkhazia. Transfer to the sea is available for those who wish, near the excellent beach "White Beach". Nevertheless, we go on vacation to Abkhazia for the sea and nature, so you should not wait for Turkish service here. It has its own flavor, it needs to be understood. I repeat once again, the hotel is good for Abkhazia, and small flaws are offset by the overall impression of the holiday.

We had a rest at this hotel. Pros: Beautiful view. Clean territory. A warm and beautiful swimming pool. There are many sun beds. The rooms (renovated) are quite fresh. The toilets on the street are clean (it can be seen that they have been well renovated) Bed linen is changed every 2-3 days. Garbage is thrown out of the rooms every day, toilet paper and other supplies are also given out. The mattress in the room is normal. The springs were not felt. The refrigerator in the room is working. The kettle was working. Wi-Fi throughout the area worked well.
Transfer to the sea and back, twice a day. They can also offer a taxi that will quickly arrive and take you where you need to go.
Cons: Far from the sea and shops. The hotel restaurant has high prices. Some dishes are not delicious.
We noticed a couple of cockroaches in the restaurant. The bed linen came across with old, washed stains.
Towels are rarely changed. The air conditioner snorted during work and sometimes did not blow (in general, the air conditioner was installed directly in front of the bed, blowing directly in the face, you can catch a cold) The TV in the room was working, but for some reason there was only one channel. The refrigerator is old. The bathroom door didn't lock, it was probably broken. The bathroom door is stained with some strange stains. I think that the prices for the room itself are too high.
I understand these prices because of the location of the hotel, which is located near the monastery and Stalin's cottage, sea views and a swimming pool. In general, the hotel can be given a solid 4.

We had a rest in 2023. I was absolutely delighted. The Park hotel is located in a picturesque location. On the left is the monastery, on the right is the summer residence of I.V. Stalin.
The rooms are comfortable, daily cleaning. Polite staff. There is a private swimming pool on site (always clean), a cafe. The Day of International Recognition of the Independence of the Republic of Abkhazia is celebrated on August 26. The owner of the hotel arranged a grandiose performance for the guests and staff! Costume show, tasting of traditional food, fireworks. 😻I was personally present at the celebration with my family)
P.S If you want a quiet, relaxing holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, clean air .., I definitely recommend it! 🫶🏻

Good afternoon, everyone. So the most wonderful days on vacation at the hotel have passed. The best hotel in Abkhazia, excellent service, very friendly staff, cleanliness, linen is changed every 3 days. The kitchen is decent . And what an air! Mountains, swimming pool, comfort! What else is needed? This is a heavenly place. And most importantly, the holy place (near the New Athos Monastery). The only disadvantage is that it is far from the sea, it was not possible to walk in the evening, it was far to go and difficult to climb) But there are taxis, of course. I recommend this hotel to everyone. I plan to go with my friends next year.

A good place for your money. The staff is very friendly. The menu in the dining room is ordinary (Soviet-style), but the food is quite tasty. It can be seen that the residential buildings are quite old, but they are being monitored. There is a nice swimming pool on site with views of the mountains and the New Athos Monastery. In the evening and at night it is good to breathe fresh air filled with the smell of eucalyptus, laurel, magnolias.
In addition to the recall for 2021. I would like to note the disgusting work of the cafe staff on the territory in August 2024. Waiting 40 minutes for your order to be accepted is not the limit. There are some lost kids playing bartenders at the bar. The waitresses make a lot of fuss, but they don't do any good, they don't give out the order completely and they don't even apologize for it. The prices are too high for an institution of the level they claim to be. And all this against the background of the brilliant season of 2023, when the staff was collected, efficient and friendly. The bartender shone at the bar, who knew every guest, was a professional in his field. He was putting on a mini-show even when he was pouring coffee. He could submit an order with his soul. It was a pleasure to visit the cafe.

A wonderful hotel. We had a rest with a child of 5 years old, everything is there for a comfortable stay. Heated swimming pool, open from 8:00 to 23:00, Wi-Fi throughout, including the pool. There are breakfasts (700 rubles per person), we did not take them, we had breakfast in the city, and had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The prices are comfortable, the food is very tasty, the restaurant itself is pleasant and modern.
The staff is very friendly, the bed and towels are changed every other day.
It should be borne in mind that the hotel is located on a mountain, and you need to walk up the hill. (min 15)We knew this, and it was even a plus for us, because we like to walk around picturesque places. We went with pleasure

I rested in this hotel in Abkhazia, of course, the endless joy and pleasure of this country from its nature, clean sea and air-so this hotel will be able to give us a cool view from the terrace, a view of the monastery, clean spring water on the territory + a view from the sea and a very decent pool-a bomb cannon! this, perhaps, is the basis for the high rating of the hotel!
My special thanks to the staff units- the maid, who did her job efficiently-cleaned the room every three days, as stated, took out the trash, removed the bags from the floor-just a smart girl!❤
I also want to say thank you to the cleaner who cleaned the hotel itself and the pool-it was clean throughout the stay, greeted the guests.
I also express special gratitude for the work to the administrator Nester-despite his so young age, he solved conflict issues in a couple of minutes, the guy is very attentive, sociable, always with great pleasure suggested the route, told about excursions, he is very erudite -I note the exceptionally polite attitude on his part to the guests. Just a valuable shot, for such a hotel, which smoothed out the shortcomings of other employees. It's a pity that I didn't find him on shifts enough.
In the restaurant, bartenders do not know how to talk to guests-rude answers, or even just ignore (with the exception of the girl-she is a smart girl, she always smoothed out the sharp corners)
I also did not like the driver's work-he did not return the change for the transfer, but refused to take me to the station, citing employment, but the car was in the yard, the transfer was not very convenient in time, guests were taken to the beach only by 10 a.m., I would like to make another flight earlier, but in Abkhazia it is quite unhurried Life is probably why everything wakes up late😀
I can't help but say about the way to the hotel, it's just not easy from the word at all-I'm hypertensive-after the road, blood pressure pills helped me, be careful when choosing this hotel, if there are health problems, you don't run over once again-especially up-the fact that 10 minutes to the hotel from the beach is not so,in a normal step with stops of 20 minutes!
The excursions offered at the reception were also not what was stated-they came for us on another day, an hour later in time-because of this we returned late, the tour itself is super, but the manager's approach is not serious

The place is wonderful, but for those who drive) it's a long way to go down to eat, and I didn't like the food on site, especially the breakfast, it's not delicious. The pool is warm and has a view!

A very cozy hotel, far from the buzzing town all night, so you can fall asleep at night without noise. The disadvantages are the distance from the sea and the long climb to the hotel if on foot. In principle, the hotel has a free shuttle service from hotel to beach, beach to hotel (twice a day, according to schedule), which slightly simplifies the problem of walking through mountainous terrain.
There is an outdoor pool with sun loungers and sun beds, the pool is neat and clean.
Not a bad kitchen, but the menu is not very extensive. In the dining room/restaurant, there is a very poisonous light, if the bulbs were changed to a more yellow spectrum, it would be very cozy. Also, if you are unlucky and there will be a large influx of visitors, then the breakfast time shifts from 8 to 10 to 8 to 9, which is annoying, I came to rest and sleep it off, it didn't really work out.
The staff, as for me, is very pleasant and friendly, in general, the Abkhazians are very pleasant and friendly.
I rented a "cottage", in fact it is a detached studio room, with a TV, kettle, refrigerator, air conditioning. The bathroom in the cottage is combined, shower, sink, white throne. We stayed at the hotel from 10.08 in the standard room with a view of the monastery on the ground floor. Everything you need is present in the room from the standard set (refrigerator, kettle, min set of dishes, gel, mini shampoo, hair dryer, toilet paper in excess in the bathroom), two bathrobes are also provided in the room for three, apparently a bathrobe is not provided for an extra place.
Daily wet cleaning, garbage disposal too. The bed linen is changed every three days, if there are wishes on the composition (it was more convenient for us to have separate duvet covers on a double bed - they change it without question) The linen was of good quality, fresh enough. The mattress on the bed is comfortable, but the extra sofa, of course, is too small and harsh, the child is normal, but it would be inconvenient for an adult.
The territory of the hotel is very well maintained, the staff is constantly at work, very clean. The pool is large enough, clean, heated, and in the evenings, when the air is cooler, it's a pleasure to swim in it. It operates without restrictions, there are sun beds of different models around, next to the bar in the dining pavilion, if desired, you can order drinks and enjoy a languid southern evening))
We had breakfast included. The dining room is a detached pavilion, new, modern. The breakfasts are hearty, delicious, even the child found something to eat, NOT a buffet, but very decent. From 11-00 the cafe is open according to the menu, you can have lunch and dinner, it is expensive, but not critical, delicious, satisfactory in terms of serving volume.
As for the location, the location of the hotel is historical, it is so close to the most famous sights of New Athos (the monastery and Stalin's cottage) that every day, one way or another, walking, going down to the beach, or going up, you come into contact with history. In my opinion, this location is the whole point of the hotel. Naturally, the location on the mountain is associated with some factors that need to be taken into account if the rest is supposed to be exclusively beach - going down and climbing will complicate it. Although the hotel organized a transfer to the sea 2 times a day, in principle we used it sometimes, but our vacation was built on the principle of maximizing the development of tourist routes, beauties and interesting places of the country, and in this context, the location of the hotel completely coincided with expectations.
The staff is very friendly, they respond promptly to requests, 10 days at the hotel were a time of relaxation and relaxation, thank you.
In general, I think that choosing this hotel you just need to focus on the purpose of your vacation: if it is exclusively beach, then probably not, it is not a first-line hotel; if it is actively informative, with an unusual aura of presence in a historical environment, then you are here. I really liked it! We lived in a room with a terrace. There is everything you need. A kettle, a fridge, even an air conditioner. But we didn't turn it on. It's great that the pool is open until 23 o'clock. You can swim under the stars. The views are very beautiful. It is better to walk to the sea not along the path of sinners, but along the road where cars drive. It turns out slowly both up and down without straining. The restaurant is delicious. A good hotel, but very high on the mountain , I advise you to run a bus to the sea more often ( at least 4 times ) the kitchen is delicious , but the staff (waitresses) do not know how to work with guests at all , they do not carry what I said , ignore the order , of course more experienced are needed .Cleaning , the area without complaints , and of course the monastery itself , the caves are all nearby .I recommend the hotel if there will be better staff in the restaurant and more often a transfer to the sea!

Nice hotel. It is located in a very beautiful and convenient location. Our room had a balcony, the view was wonderful, the air was clean. The room itself is comfortable, you can't hear the neighbors, the bed is comfortable. There is a heated swimming pool and a cafe on site, which is very convenient in bad weather or when you just don't want to go anywhere. Of the disadvantages, they do not give out a full set of towels, some are leaky. Cockroaches, bedbugs, beetles and other insects often crawl in the room. The staff was asked several times to fix the light bulb in the room, the stains in the bathroom and the handle on the door, as a result, there was no reaction at all for 4 days. The staff doesn't care about requests. The bar next to it is insanely expensive, the food is not delicious, and in local eateries, pasta with shrimp is much tastier. There are not enough dryers, vacationers have to rearrange and swear at each other. The prices for excursions are crazy, don't even take them.

I want to write my review about my stay at this hotel. We rested from the end of August to the beginning of September.
We rested in comfort with a sea view.
First of all, the advantages are that the place is very beautiful, there is a large swimming pool, there is a cafe, Wi-Fi throughout the territory catches normally, the room is large enough for two. Kettle, glasses, 2 bottles of water and tea upon arrival. Bathrobes and slippers. They cleaned every day, changed linen, paper, soap and shower gel twice in 8 days, there is a weak hair dryer with a short cord, it is not convenient to use it. There is a transfer to the sea and back twice a day.
Now the cons-
1 this is the location of the hotel, if going down the mountain is still tolerable, then going up is a nightmare, walking in the heat. The shortest path is along the trail, it takes 20 minutes to get to the hotel. Along the trail there are stalls with wine, juice, and magnets. To eat and walk only downstairs, all the shops are only downstairs. Of course, you can take a taxi everywhere, but you want to walk and look at nature.
2 swimming pool - in the first days of our stay it was hot, it would not be possible to refresh yourself on a hot day in it. Both day and night it was flooded with hot water, on 30 street it probably has 36-38.
3 cafes, the menu is decent, but if you do not order breakfast before eight in the evening, then you can eat on the menu only after 11 p.m. The service itself is good, but we ordered drinks juice and coffee, soup for ourselves and hot for the child. Drinks arrived 5 minutes later, soup was served to me 10 minutes later, the child is sitting hungry, looking at me and drooling, food was brought to her 15 minutes later, and this is not the busiest day. The prices are normal.
4 the room itself - despite the fact that it is large and looks decent, it is not worth its money. The closet is very tired, the doors didn't go well, the air conditioner was cleaned a long time ago, it smelled when it was turned on. The cleaning was daily, but the cleaning was so-so, the linen was stained, she asked to change it.
My conclusion is unjustifiably expensive and far from the sea.

From the fact that he will not allow me to come there anymore, the price tag of 11 thousand rubles for Abkhazia seems to be well overstated. For some reason, they chose a room with a sea view, but as you can see in the photo, first your gaze rests on a farm building, then on long cypresses and a withered tree, and there only if you look closely, then somewhere behind this you will see the sea, not for such a view from the window, I paid extra. The child's place costs 1500 rubles per day, but we waited for towels for him and received a current for 2 days, they said that the laundry could not cope, they did not give hand towels at all.
We come from the sea, and there was someone in the room, while I was not notified about it in advance and permission was not asked, to my question - what was it? I was told that the room was cleaned, but there was no cleaning at all, the sand in the hallway was still there, only the garbage was taken out.
Immediately upon arrival, the shower and the toilet lid did not work, the shower was replaced, but the lid remained. And this is for 11 tons))) in the morning we arrived from the road, no one offered breakfast and did not warn that food should be ordered in advance, we went to a cafe, and they tell us you can order from the menu after 11 o'clock (and we arrived at 8).
There is no service, the slag heap on the territory of the hotel is forever either waiting and honking for 10 minutes to leave by car or walking to the reception and asking to open...why put it on if the admin never sees or hears it!

We called in advance to clarify the early check-in. We were answered, yes, no problem. We arrived around 5-6 in the morning. And then they announce to us that our room is occupied and they put us in a double room. At about 9 a.m., we vacated the room and waited by the pool for ours to be vacated and prepared. Attention! We were charged full payment for the room in which we spent about 4 hours (6,300 rubles)! Why didn't you tell me in advance?! Why not hourly pay?!

We had a rest in early June 2024. There were only 7 days. I didn't want to leave, there was beauty all around, the air was clean. All the sights are nearby. You can walk around Mount Athos for a week and admire it. I would really like to return. The hotel is clean and comfortable. There is a kettle in the room. The iron is in the common hallway, you can iron clothes. The windows overlooked the pool and the monastery. By the way, the water is in a heated pool, you can swim late in the evening, it's not cold. It's a long way to the sea, but there is a transfer service. We walked for about 15 minutes to get down. We liked everything very much, we want to thank all the staff for the service.

We stayed at the hotel in July 2023.The air, the nature where the hotel is located, is magnificent, the place of power is a monastery. The hotels have nice staff, but we really didn't like that breakfast is mandatory, and the cost is 700 rubles.Plus a cafe that goes to hotels, with a small assortment .Our children do not eat what they give for breakfast, but we would like porridge in the morning, but ... 700 rubles for porridge, or an egg?And in the cafe, of course, there is no porridge or eggs on the menu.The rooms were cleaned every day, the bed and towel every 3 days.It's great.There is no toilet anywhere near the cafe, not by the pool, a big minus.After sitting in coffee, you go to the room, it's not very convenient.But they have everything in perspective. The pool is only filtered, garbage, insects are not cleaned, you swim and spit.And in general, the rest is fine.I will definitely come back with my family.God grant that everything will be finalized. Be sure to visit there.The sea is not close, but there is no such nature and air by the sea.

Great hotel! Cozy rooms, clean swimming pool, there are many places to relax on the territory. Everything is delicious in the cafe at the hotel, the menu is varied. All the staff are very polite, they will always answer all questions. The hotel is located on a mountain, it's hard to walk to the sea. There is a transfer to the beach from the hotel, but the schedule is not very convenient. This is the only negative. We were without children, it was not a problem for us. I recommend the hotel, we will definitely return there!!!

The hotel is located on a mountain, it takes 15-20 minutes to go down to the beach, back up the mountain) excellent cardio)) A shuttle service is available from the hotel to the beach and back. The beach is pebbly, sun beds are paid On the territory there are barbecues and gazebos.
The rooms are very modest. Food is terrible!!! We took breakfast, but in the end we found out on the spot that you can refuse them, the money is returned without question.

We rested for a week in a cozy cottage. I liked everything very much. The room has air conditioning, kettle, dishes , there is a refrigerator with a small freezer, TV. There is one warm blanket. The room is cleaned every two days. We were settled immediately upon arrival at 10 a.m. , because there was a free cottage. They take a deposit of 2000 rubles, it was returned when they left. In August of this year we had a rest at the Sky Terra Hotel. We went for the first time, we were worried, but upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and goodwill of the girls working there. We were immediately settled. Our room was standard for 2 people. The room is clean, has everything you need, according to the list stated on the website: TV, electric kettle, hairdryer, dishes, air conditioning, mini fridge. Cleaning - every day, change of towels - every three days. Cleanliness and order were provided to us for the entire duration of our stay. All the girls were very friendly, smiling, always ready to help and answer any request. I especially remember the smiling Sarria and the always polite and attentive Ilaria. The hotel had a heated swimming pool. The water is clean, warm, filtration every other day. The monastery was visible from our room, which created a special atmosphere and mood. It was necessary to go down to the sea along the "path of sinners", but this did not bother, but added a special charm to the rest, because at this time you could enjoy the exquisite aroma of eucalyptus trees and recover. We do not write about food, because we did not eat at the hotel. In general, I liked the hotel. We hope to come to Sky Terra again) 🥰
