Convenient location almost in the city center, 7-10 minutes by taxi to the airport.
Kapitalbank is located nearby (it is convenient to change currency to local amounts)
, There is a super market across the street, everything necessary for life is at hand.
The apartments themselves are renovated, everything is new, clean, fresh.
There is a swimming pool and a recreation area on the roof.
We stayed for 11 days, only positive emotions remained.

Positive: modern renovation, convenient location, rooftop pool, prompt response to requests
Cons: we were put in a frankly unfinished renovation (the shower door did not fully close, there was only one mirror for three rooms and that was in the bathroom (there was no mirror in the hallway), the door to the second balcony did not open (it rested on the floor, which turned out to be above the level), one remote control regulates two air conditioners at once
