Today we watched a movie with a friend in the 7th hall. I really liked it! Comfortable seats, there is a place for a glass, there are no heads flashing in front - they are not visible! You can stretch your legs and comfortably fall apart. The sound is generally gorgeous, voluminous. Beautiful locations for photos outside the hall, cafes. A lot of goodies are sold for every taste! I highly recommend this particular cinema!

We went to Hall 3 for the 10th row of recliners. The stated wireless charging did not work (I took these places with the expectation of charging the phone). The seat backs of the 9th row covered the bottom of the screen. The QR code is not scanned at the entrance (they asked to reduce the image of the ticket on the phone so that the seats and row were visible, and they were also announced) The seats themselves are in good condition. It is inconvenient that the backrest does not recline separately from the footrest. The height of lifting this footrest depends on the weight of your feet, in order to lower it and leave the backrest reclined, you need to put your feet on it, and as soon as you lift your legs, it immediately rises. It is convenient that the recliners are sofas, and the armrest rises and falls between the places of the sofa, as you sit comfortably.

I went to the Moana 2 cartoon and was disappointed with the cinema service. At first glance, it seems that the cinema is trying to meet the requirements of increased comfort, but it only seems. Tickets to watch a 3D movie are more expensive than in another cinema for the same session. The commission (service fee) is charged for each ticket, and not once for the entire online payment, and this is already a large unjustified overpayment. ALSO NOTE that 3D glasses for watching a 3D movie must be purchased IN ADDITION to the ticket price at the box office. This is written in the rules of attendance somewhere on the site, but they do not write when buying a ticket. This is a hidden profit on customers. In other cinemas, they give out 3D glasses, their cost for use is included in the ticket, which I remind you is also cheaper. ALSO, the coke machine does not give out Coca Cola, but carbonated water of a light brown color, which tastes just disgusting. Going to the cinema resulted in an obscenely large sum for a cinema. And the only decent thing was that they turned on the cartoon on the screen. I would not recommend a cinema with such a disgusting attitude to the client to anyone.

Getting from the parking lot to the cinema is a whole quest. There are no signs. And even when you see the popcorn stands, there's a closed door in front of you that says "service entrance." You return to the elevator again and after two trips on the escalator you find yourself near the wardrobe. There are a couple more stairs from there and you're in the hall. Hooray for the quest, but no, the rows in the hall are not numbered, and mathematics will not help here, as well as logic, because there are sofas near the screen, and then there are rows of chairs, and what counts as the first row can only be guessed. After the start of the session, the runners in the dark will amuse the audience even more in search of their row.

There were worse chairs than in this cinema in my life. It is impossible to sit, it is comfortable for the first two minutes, but later the whole body swells and you have to sit in an arched shape, you paid 16 rubles, but there is zero comfort. Above that, people give 5 stars and good comments, so it feels like they've been bought.
I agree that the screen is big, the sound is good, the room is cleaned, there is a place to put a bottle of water
But there is no important aspect like convenience while watching a movie. I don't advise anyone, throw away the money and leave before the end of the movie.

It's kind of disappointing. Popcorn in trays behind glass, which people themselves carry back and forth: if they wanted to, they took it, if they wanted to, they brought it back, touched it. In front of me, a woman climbed into this showcase and poked into several packets of popcorn. I took it from the upper shelves: few people climb there. But the most fiasco is the advertisement before the movie, a whole ton, at a ticket price of 22p (premium seat). I've seen a lot of cinemas, but this is completely out of the question. I pay to watch a movie in a movie theater so I don't have to watch ads, but there are ads. Thank you for not interrupting the movie.
On the plus side: the halls are not very large, the chairs are really comfortable, but some other cinemas offer the same thing. The price of popcorn is too high, as far as I'm concerned, but it still tastes good, so it's acceptable to start with more. There is a bar with alcohol, but going to a movie drunk is a move, imho. I didn't take any photos, there are a lot of them on Yandex.
In general, the overall impression is completely ruined, although someone will say that I'm wrong to complain about advertising, but it's a matter of looks. I believe that if you have paid the money, then you do not watch the advertisement, and its presence indicates excessive greed. Movie announcements don't count. Whether you're ready to put up with it or not is up to you.

Unfortunately, the manager's complete incompetence in dealing with clients.
Upon entering the cinema hall, I found out that other people were sitting in the seats I had bought without checks and confirmation of payment for the seats.
All the suggested postponements were not convenient for me due to the plans and the state of my health. I was denied a solution to this situation and not even an apology was offered.
The manager refused to talk to the people sitting in the seats I had paid for and rudely persuaded me to refund the money, referring to the fact that she had already talked to them. This is not true, because she did not approach them in front of me.
The evening was ruined, I had to be nervous too. The manager's argument was "great"—"well, they were the first to come and sit in these seats." I would really like to see such employees no longer working with people.

We came across hall number 7. I do not advise you to choose it.
I know that there are more halls with recliners, I think it will be much more convenient there.
Of the advantages:
• a large selection of goodies for the movie (but be prepared for the fact that it is better to grab regular water at the store than to overpay 3 times)
• availability of a wardrobe
• the presence of a bar with a beautiful view (although we did not wait for the bartender)

I set the date on the site, then selected the movie, it turned out that when the movie opens, the date is reset to today's date automatically, but the sessions of this day are not updated during the day. Look at the photo for the date and the proposed sessions, and then from below for the time: at 9 pm, morning sessions are still hanging on the site. Because of this confusion, a ticket was purchased for today's date, and for a session that was already underway... I immediately dialed the cinema, but they didn't pick up the phone for 20 minutes, and then they said it wasn't their fault and refused the request to change the ticket for the date we needed, since "it was their own fault." I didn't understand, to be honest, such rudeness, considering that I typed immediately noticing the error. The words that the site is poorly built were simply ignored...

05.12 I went to the Godzilla movie.
It should be noted the excellent location near the cinema. It occupies the last floors of the Galileo shopping center.
The cinema itself made a pleasant impression at first glance - New Year decorations together with Wonka, a game area with consoles, a bar area with panoramic windows and a view of the city. You can take a beautiful photo, or just relax while waiting for the start of the show.
There are cool drinks glasses on sale that you just want to buy as a collection.
I was surprised by the almost complete absence of people (it was the last session at 22-15 and on a weekday), but for me this is only a plus, because there are no queues.
The staff is friendly and smiling.
Already at home, I discovered that I dropped the ES in the cinema, and the next day the waii returned to me, for which a special thanks to the girl working that day, because she listened politely and attentively, did not forget about the problem, but treated it responsibly and contributed to the return of the lost thing.
About the hall and the seats.
The hall itself is small, there is enough space for outstretched legs, everything is clean, the sound is good. Yes, it takes a little effort to recline the chair, but they didn't come back on their own. I agree with other comments about head restraints, because initially you don't notice this, but after an hour of watching you start to think that if you sit strictly straight in the chair, then your neck may start to go numb. I had the last 5th row in the 2nd hall (LoveSeats) and, leaning my head back on the headrest, my gaze was exactly in the center of the screen. I don't know exactly how the rows are closer, but if the backs of the chairs are the same, then watching the movie may be more difficult.
However, the chairs themselves are soft and comfortable. The cup holders are deep, which is also a plus. And on the LoveSeats seats, you can either lower the central armrest or completely remove it so that it does not interfere. But sitting in an embrace with your couple will still be a little difficult due to the automatic return of the chair position.
I read the reviews before choosing the cinema. There were complaints about the small assortment of tea, the gap between the chair and the passage into which the foot could get in the dark, the burning signs "Exit" during the session - all problems were solved, which also leaves the impression that the organization listens to the feedback of visitors.
Maybe the prices are a little too high compared to another large cinema, but here the evening screening time is more convenient for me, so the choice fell on this cinema and I was satisfied.
I'll be back here for more film screenings.

Cool New Year's locations. We had a good time. However, a couple of things upset us: there was an offline draw that no one warned us about either at the checkout or with any signs (we were just there at that time) and we missed it and the air conditioner froze a little more during the session, we had to put on a jacket (last row, extreme chairs).

The hall is disgusting. Firstly, the chairs are very uncomfortable, the headrest is positioned so that when relaxing you look at your knees, not at the screen. There is no control over the seat tilt.
And the most disgusting thing is the lack of fresh air. The temperature in the hall is below 30 degrees, no oxygen. The ventilation is not working.

The seats are really uncomfortable, namely the headrest, which rests against the neck, which causes the head to fall down, and in order to watch a movie normally, you need to strain your neck and raise your head higher to see the screen, even reclining the chair does not help (which reclines with effort and is not fixed, you need to apply force so that it remains in an inclined position, especially for the girl it was hard and in the end she did not tilt it). We were sitting on the 4th row, I'm afraid to imagine how hard it was for people on the 2-3 rows (there are sofas in the first row and it seems like you can lie there, so it's easier). In general, if you go to the Skyline, then to the last rows. Another disadvantage is that the chairs do not have mini tables. This is quite strange, considering how much choice there is in the snack bar. It all needed to be put somewhere, I had to put it on the floor.
Otherwise, everything is cool:
Convenient location in the shopping center in the city center. Modern interior. Delicious popcorn. Snacks for every taste. I advise you to take an Ice latte with orange juice at the bar (it's called Bumble, I don't remember), it's very tasty.
At the expense of the screen, it seemed to the girl that the screen was smaller than that of M**n and Fa**on, but I can't say for sure. At the expense of sound, it seems normal, but the noise insulation between the halls is not very good, because during the Barbie session, rumbles were heard from neighboring halls where Oppenheimer was shown.
I would also like the halls to be more diverse, with VIP seats, different seats/recliners.
Maybe someday we will come here again, but already in the last rows, for example, at lovesites.
UPD. Still, they gave me a chance for the third time, took the most expensive rear seats on recliners for 43 boons for two, and it's just terrible... Comments are unnecessary, everything is visible in the photo.

An excellent cinema in the very center of Minsk with transport accessibility from any area. The quality of the picture, sound and the design of the room are excellent. An adequate ticket price. A bar with the best view of the night city, only jazz music is missing :).
Now about the cons. There are sometimes inaccuracies in the organization of work. Tickets did not arrive by E-mail twice. But the issue was quickly resolved at the reception desk. Once there was a triple reservation of one place. It was not possible to resolve the issue immediately. All but the most lateral seats were occupied and the person with the earliest ticket by date of purchase sat down. The money was returned.
A couple of days later, Artyom, the very kind manager of the cinema, called and closed the issue in the most polite and appropriate way. Hopefully, IT specialists will cope with such a problem. Which takes at least 10 minutes away from the film, can create a conflict between the audience and spoil the mood.
Will I stop going to them? No. The cinema is too good. Do they need to do something with the information system? Definitely yes!
Some chairs are so springy that you have to strain your back all the time so that you don't get thrown vertically. They do not fix themselves, only under the weight of the viewer. According to the employees, over time, the chairs will become more comfortable.
A couple of times I watched as rather tipsy companies were allowed into the halls, but still standing on their feet. It's a good thing they didn't sit next to me. I don't know how to deal with this, you can't give a breathalyzer to every employee, and even there the children (conditionally) are mostly where they are against bullish and drunken citizens.
