Very nice hotel. The stuff is very helpfull and porfesionnal. The location is great : in the center of Yerevan, so easy to visit the city by foot. The breakfast is tasty, as everywhere in Yerevan. My room was very clean and confortable! I recommand lovely this hotel!

Great location in the center of Yerevan.
Small boutique hotel with friendly staff and abundant breakfast.
Little bit noisy, but it is inevitable in the city center.

Nice hotel, polite and helpful staff. It is located not far from Republic Square, near cafes, restaurants. St. Gregory the Illuminator Church, Northern Avenue , Opera House , Cascade are within walking distance. You can explore and enjoy the beauty of Yerevan in the afternoon and evening.

The best hotel in Yerevan!! I have stayed in different hotels several times, but I have not seen such a ratio of hospitality, comfort and location! You feel at home here! If you want the moon, they'll get the moon)) any requests are fulfilled! Nothing is impossible!! Thanks a lot to all the staff! The next trips to Yerevan are only here!!

The hotel is located right in the city center, 2 minutes from the square. The staff is very friendly and smart! You can rely on them! They helped with all the questions. The atmosphere is such that it feels like you're at home.

A cozy, welcoming hotel with a very pleasant interior. Three stars are stated, but the presence of robes and all the axial advantages bring it closer to four stars.
Breakfast is served individually, but there is everything that usually happens on the buffet, there is a tea and coffee corner in the corridor, and the room also has everything for tea and coffee.
The responsive and pleasant staff of the hotel, everyone knows Russian, I will be happy to stay again!

We chose this hotel because of the location and the room itself with an interior table and armchairs.
I didn't like that the bed consisted of two mattresses that were constantly moving apart: It was uncomfortable to sleep.
Breakfasts: not always fresh fruits (November 2023), sausages in cellulose. There was no sour cream on the last day, that is, I made a vegetable salad for all four days and the staff saw it, and then the sour cream ran out and the shops apparently did not work. They didn't drink tea in bags.
There are old paths in the corridor:(
And the staff is friendly!

The most disgusting hotel I've been to, all the rooms are so smoky that the walls and furniture stink! Windows on the road, it is impossible to sleep with the window open! The staff is polite, yes, but it's not enough for a plus, I moved to another hotel a day later

The city center and prices are reasonable. The only drawback is that the windows have poor sound insulation. And it's cool in the room, but it doesn't bother me.

Cons - the furniture is bad, the plumbing is disgusting, the double-glazed windows are thin at night it is very noisy, the air conditioning is noisy Pros - wonderful polite staff, the city center, not expensive!
