I can't say that I'm riding for the first time, but it's definitely not normal and sometimes dangerous to health, driving along a narrow trajectory near the Pit Lane, at the exit of the replay-the car puts on the side wheels, now I understand that the rumor that people turn over is not a rumor. The only thing that attracts is the track, but during the race it doesn't seem so big anymore, because half of the track is fences and sooooo wide 180 degree repeats.

For all the arguments that this is not on purpose and I will try to be more careful in the future, it did not help. He said that cars were breaking down, the protection on them was cracking - why would he do that?
Guys who rode fast and crashed into children, according to the administrators, this is normal.

Of the cons: there are few pointers on how to get to this club, the lack of gloves to protect your hands from smears in Java. The advantages of loud and nimble MAPS are an interesting variable route. By phone, the administrator informed me that there was time for today from 18-00 to 18-30, there would be 2 arrivals, they informed me of the cost, said that payment was only in cash, and recorded me by name and phone number for this time.
It was lucky that by coincidence, our company decided to shift the go-karting by 18-30 to 19-00, they called the go-karting again, but this time no one answered the phone. After about an hour of unsuccessful attempts to call, I wrote to karting on Instagram, where I was informed that the administrator made a mistake and your entry is not valid, since we have corporate records only until 15-00 on weekends. Class.
OK, I believe that anyone can make a mistake, but why do I find out about it after recording, and only by pure chance, after 6 unsuccessful attempts to call?? And if our plans hadn't changed and we would have arrived at 18:00, as agreed with your administrator? It seems to me that it would be a very unpleasant situation.

We were in this go-kart today, everything was going well, but when the race ended we were shocked! Check-in time is not fixed. We tried to find out from the administrator what the problem was. We began to find out further, because TIME is important in such entertainment, especially considering that we plan to participate in competitions further.

Firstly, we signed up for 20:00, in fact, check-in was at about 20:30. We were not informed about the reasons for the shift, they just told us to wait, we had to approach the girls at the reception several times and clarify (by the way, the girls were not customer-oriented at all, they were on the phone and were not eager to answer our questions, they just said to wait, and by the tone of the answers to my questions, I just felt like a fool, terrible staff in one word)
Regarding the maps themselves, they spit oil, one friend almost did not have maps, then they were replaced and drove only 2 laps instead of the required 10-14, they promise to figure it out and make a discount.
We were a company of 4 guys on 02/23.24, we liked everything very much, we skated 5 races and remained in a high state. New maps, a good track with obvious places to overtake and, of course, pleasant and friendly staff. They helped us where we needed to, they treated us with humor and the instructor constantly joked that we would leave 20 races
Everything is great, I don't see any disadvantages, especially considering that we have been to a lot of karts in Minsk and this one stands out in absolutely all aspects, comparing with other karting centers

I sat down on one go-kart at once, the gas pedal did not press at all, my leg was numb to press for acceleration. I stopped at the Pit stop and changed it, they gave me a dead go-kart again, which was stupid and could not accelerate after braking. The race ended, I asked if there was any bonus for such moments. They said no, my problems. The lap race took 55 seconds to complete, overtook at least the girl and took 10th place instead of 11th. The quality of services is at the highest level...
A friend broke her collarbone, tore her bridle and scratched her face (questions to the helmet), they told her to contact the insurance company so that they would decide whether to refund her money for the trip. there are no gloves, seat belts work doubtfully, there are no visors (a couple of times small pieces of tires flew into the face). On some maps, the brakes worked fitfully + the tires were significantly worn out.
There are a lot of negative impressions left from karting:
1) at first they said that we would be alone on the map, and then there were a lot more people. After that, they said that they meant whether you would eat with your own company, and not separately, although we clarified several times. The staff needs to be warned about such moments so that there is no understatement and everyone understands everything.
2) there were guys who specially came to drive and drove at high speed and crashed and cut off others. We were uncomfortable and scared because we were newbies.
Staff should be warned about such differences in customer driving. We would rather refuse, or go with other guys, than be afraid for our safety on the track every time.
3) storage of things. Not only that, there are very few lockers and 5 people had to put things in a cell (like in a store). So you also need to get the key for this cell for a valuable thing. Well, Kamon, seriously? Our key also opened another cell with the same number, because we were not told that there were duplicate numbers
The administrator does not know how to talk to clients and proves that they are right. There would be no negativity if the staff apologized and said that yes, there are such moments, we will try to fix them, etc. But it looked like we were fools and we were told everything, we misunderstood, etc. It is unacceptable to work with people in the field in this way

We bought 2 arrivals for 4 people 200 rubles. The cards are battered, dirty, go terribly or rather do not go. Dad with 40 years of driving experience on different types of transport - the instructor said that he did not know how to drive, press the gas and all that, but at the same time the cart became rooted to the spot in the middle of the track and the instructor and the director had to manually push it back to the parking lot. One of the stars simply did not take place, because the cards simply did not go at all, the instructor started it 10 times and eventually had to miss the race. The director did not offer to make another check-in, did not offer to return the money, and also tried to prove that his cards were mega cool🙄🙄🙄

- on some maps, the gas / brake pedals are at different heights, sometimes the difference is 20 centimeters, as a result, one leg is straight, the other is bent.
- the coating of the track has not gone too far, but this is a taste
- the engine heats up, and if you touch it unsuccessfully, you can get burned, in other karting centers this is rare, usually they cover the engine with a protective casing. The engine itself sometimes does not perform very well, push the slipper into the floor, and the engine stupidly does not react or starts coughing, and does not accelerate normally.
Yes, all cars are different and you have to get used to each one, but here they are just dead, it's a pity.

Девушка на ресепшен более менее, но вот инструктор вообще ужас, инструктажа особого не было, постоянно уходил на ресепшн к остальным работникам и оставлял нас одних в неведении на трассе до заезда, хамил. После короткого инструктажа задал вопрос все ли понятно, на наш ответ да, ответил «надеюсь)» очень грубым тоном. Подшлемники воняют так, как-будто до этого их надевало человек 100 и никто ничего не стирал, костюмы не выдаются, хотя когда я была до этого в другом картинге, там все было. Где оставить личные вещи так же не говорят, на мой вопрос где можно положить сумку, инструктор ответил: «С собой в карт бери». Карты не в особо хорошем состоянии, в некоторых плохо работает тормоз, очень сложно крутится руль, у девушек и детей точно вряд ли хватит сил рук, чтобы нормально покататься. В общем, не рекомендую это место из-за ужасного сервиса, который портит настроение на весь день. Также не работала оплата картой, что тоже весьма неудобно, особенно если вы не пользуетесь наличными.
