It's a very cool place. The waiters are very polite, kind and responsible, and caring. A very diverse menu on tablets, and sooooo delicious food. A beautiful atmosphere, a huge variety of drinks, food is brought very quickly. A very good coffee shop, almost a restaurant. Cons - no at all, the room is clean, hygiene is at the highest level. In general, I liked everything, and I highly recommend a chicken sandwich from the oven from the menu, it's very tasty. I liked everything! If it were possible to give 100 stars, I would give 100 to everyone, I recommend this restaurant!!!! And I also forgot to write, you can watch how the chefs prepare your dishes. And I especially want to thank the waiter Aida. You have served us very well. 👍

I've been here several times. It's cozy and beautiful. It's a good summer, everything looks stylish, there are beautiful marble tables. A good hookah. As for the food, in principle, everything is very good, delicious. The breakfasts are great, the child appreciated the nuggets (as I understand it, they make them themselves, and do not use purchased ones - it's cool). I put 4, because the chicken schnitzel was a little dry last time.

If it's about the Skyberry coffee shop, then I was there .
Of course, the owners did their best for the guests, which cannot be said about the staff rooms: they were just some kind of nooks.
The locker room is located in the basement: it 's narrow , littered with all sorts of temples, and sometimes it 's hard for two people to turn around.
There are not enough cupboards and things are literally lying under your feet .
There is no room for eating: everyone eats wherever they have to.
The storage room is generally located in the staff toilet.
Guest dishes are washed in a passageway , right where the steps go down to the basement.
The kitchen utensils are also washed in a cubbyhole , though already above the floor .
The hosts , in pursuit of the number of guests , did not care about the position of the staff .
And this is not only the trouble of this institution.
There are a lot of such establishments that do not meet sanitary standards .
However, the regulatory authorities turn a blind eye to this : the hand washes the hand .
If everything was done according to the law, then more than half of the establishments in Almaty would have to be closed.

Good time of day. Today I had the opportunity to visit this institution. I was impressed, I will not hide it, I liked everything. The location is just super, the atmosphere (for fun) is good, the service is top-notch, the delivery is fast and completely beautiful. About the food, I can say that not everywhere you can have a delicious meal, but everything was very good here. Respect to management and chefs . The waiter was very courteous and attentive. This is a great place! Very aesthetically pleasing. Cool design. An instagrammed place. Incredibly delicious cuisine. A very interesting serving of dishes. Excellent service. Okroshka is probably the best in the city. And Sky Americano coffee with a cloud of cotton candy is just ♥️😍🤌with a view of the mountains. You can enjoy the scenery and food in any weather! I recommend you to visit!!!
