We booked this hotel back in the winter, the reservation was confirmed by the hotel staff, as the price was fine, the reservation was for the month of June, and representatives of the hotel contacted us via telegram and asked to cancel the reservation since the amount on the booking does not match the alleged amount, and even the dates indicated in the correspondence are not correct, that is, we are not the only ones There are a lot of tourists! Terrible attitude towards the guests, this is the first time I have come across such a service, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Based on the correspondence, it seemed that this was a common practice for them, no one really cared about what happened, they didn't even deign to respond to the latest messages! Of course, the reservation was canceled, because upon arrival, I think there would have been even more unpleasant rodents!

Excellent apartment. With a kitchen, overlooking the sea. There is a large shopping center nearby. The beautiful Lilia embankment with many cafes and entertainment.

For me, the most important advantage was the location of the apartments. Nearby there are favorite restaurants, shops, a bus stop, from which it is convenient to travel towards the border with Turkey. The beach and the water park are across the street. The apartments themselves are quite modest, you will need to buy everything from washing powder to salt. But the cost is correspondingly adequate.

The rooms are dirty, all shabby.
Breakfast is extremely fast, food is not reported, those who managed to come to the beginning of breakfast, they ate, the rest remain without food.
Among the advantages: location, center, close to the beach, with a shopping center.

Awful. Worn towels. I didn't want to touch anything. Everything is stained and greasy. BVL room next to the elevator, go out to the left and splice to the left, two-room. The view is gorgeous on the 25th floor, but this is the only plus. There was no furniture on the balcony, the neighbors took it from the next room :) There is no place to hang clothes. The breakfast is disgusting. Ew, and ew again. We were tired from the trip, we were able to park in the parking lot, so we stayed for one night. I do not recommend doing this.

This is not 3 stars in any way, but 2 maximum. I don't advise anyone. everything is dirty, breakfast is 2 points out of 5, they don't clean every day, they don't change the bed, wifi speed from the 20th century

The location is excellent: 10 minutes by car to the airport, the city center. The rooms are clean and well cleaned. If you take breakfast, there is one big minus for me - there is no coffee (only instant).

According to this hotel: they have 4 stars, you can really give 2. The reception staff is 50% Russian-speaking, that is, if you are lucky, they can communicate in English in principle. The rooms are very tired, although the view from the 25th floor is excellent. The maximum rejection was caused by a disgusting breakfast (is this for sure gourmet Adjara?).
You can recommend the hotel for 2-3 days of stay, no more.
