It is very well maintained, although the proximity to the upper market usually spoils everything, but it is cleaned and swept even on holidays.There is still little greenery, but there is already water in the fountains, and there are a lot of benches.

Cozy, clean, lots of greenery, flowers. We admired different breeds of dogs, but they have recently disappeared, apparently they were taken away from the dog trapping organization. Very sorry

Previously, there was a military unit at this place, then a clothing market in perestroika.And now the beauty!! Wonderful garden, very often we walk here with our granddaughters,clean,spacious,fantan in summer, lots of greenery, decoration of our city!!
