I come here very often with my toddler. There are several kids entertainment centers in the area, and my toddler loves coming here.
The fountain is a nice chill place too, where you can sit and have food or refreshments
This park used to be one of my favorites in Yerevan. There were always few people, you could look at different paintings by the artist, a lot of trees and vacant benches.
But recently I visited this park and it was terrible. A lot of drunken grandfathers and artists. Bottles of alcoholic beverages were scattered next to the paintings. Specifically, the grandfather in 3 photos was terribly drunk, he barely walked. There is a cafe next to the park, so another grandfather got to two Russian tourists. It's a pity, but after that day, my opinion of this park has completely changed
In any season, it's good to take a break here, to see paintings by contemporary artists at an impromptu opening day.
Just to observe Yerevan and its inhabitants
The square is a vernissage of local artists. The works are very different, reflecting the skill and interests of the authors. The atmosphere is calm and creative. Sculpture of M.Saryana in the center of the square is dominant, but not the only one. The composition of the sculptures of the heroes of the film "Men" is very colorful.
The legendary Martiros Saryan Square is a daily reminder of the world-famous artist, and daily exhibitions of paintings emphasize the exclusivity of this location!!!
A nice place to walk and to look at paintings by local artists. And they (paintings) like any creativity, it deserves attention, because it is self-expression. And self-expression is a responsibility :)
Everything is cool, except for one guy, who for some reason does not allow you to photograph the works that he sells. And so - a wonderful opening day, coolness, benches. Class.
In the park there is a monument to the children of the Leningrad blockade. The monument is in a clean and perfect condition. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the people of Armenia for their care and attention to the historical heritage.
The house in the photo is visible from the square. An interesting construction concept.
One of the iconic, small squares. The place of the opening day of paintings. And nearby, in the house known as the "house of power engineers", in the basement, there is a very atmospheric restaurant Aragil.
A cozy place among the greenery. Often local artists put their paintings up for sale, a real exhibition of paintings on the tracks. And street musicians often play near Baghramyan Avenue
It is very interesting to walk around this square. Local artists exhibit their paintings here . There is a cafe nearby where you can sit and drink fragrant coffee .
Маленький и тихий сквер в центре где можно посидеть отдохнуть ,а так же насладиться картинами местных художников и если понравиться купить. Можно поторговаться.
